New SCC Portal
New SCC Portal will be host under new URL https://scc.honeywell.com/irj/portal/scc
Internal users will remain login in with EID and password provided for first login. Portal is
synchronize with “Single Sign On” system, after first login, setting same LDAP password will synchronize
with portal application. Same process as current portal.
External users will remain login in with email account and password provided by admin for first
login, process will remain the same after login.
New Features
Request Access to SCC Link
For new users requesting access it can be done directly from the portal, they will need to click on
“Request Access to SCC” form and fill required information
User will required to select Transportation System and fill in form required access & personal
information, this form will be submitted from portal and will be receive by SCC-TS Admin team for required
creation
Contact SCC Help Form
Similar to previous process “Contact SCC Help” link is available in main SCC page, users can open
this link and send for help a request, this will be as well receive by SCC-TS Admin team
Inside the portal
Once user logs to New SCC Portal they will get the Overview page, in which we have add all the
links we had outside previous SCC Portal.
SCC Menus
Main Menus have been move up of the screen, second hand menus remain on the left side.
For users that have many menus there is an arrow on the right side of the screen to locate the
ones are not shown in the scree, user can click the arrow and select which menu they want to work with.
Tools functionality remain the same, all screens are containing same information as previous portal.
How to use Forgot Password Link
To be able to use Forgot Password Link outside portal, you will need to register first inside to be
able to use.
Once you log in portal go to: Password Register Tab, this is inside the upper arrow in the right side
of the screen, select Register Password

Portal will request you to select 8 questions from the list, once you select your questions hit
proceed button.
You will enter then your answers, portal will validate that the answers are correct once you click
the Proceed button, if any answer does not match, system will display error and you will need to make
corrections. If you want to select different set of questions click on the Back Button.
Once answers are complete and validation is done, system will display next screen, you can go
now to regular SCC activities inside the portal.
To Reset your password using Forgot Password Link
Go to https://scc.honeywell.com
If you have blocked your account previously by entering a wrong password more than 3 times,
system will show an error in the main login page. Go and click on the Forgot Password link to reset your
account.
Enter your login credentials EID (for Internal users) or email account (for External users) and click
on continue button
System will bring back randomly 3 from the 8 questions registered. You need to answer correct
all of them to be able to reset your password. If any of the answer failed your request will be stop and an
email will be trigger to our internal security team to request the password reset. You will receive this in
your inbox email address once is done by the team.
Once the 3 answers are enter correctly portal will allow you to set a new password for your
account. Set your new password following required rules and confirm, once done click in check and
continue
If password is correct system will display next message, from here you can select the Click Here
link to go back to SCC main page and login with your new password or select the Close button to close the
application
If you enter any of the 3 answers wrong system will display next message
Select a Honeywell contact name from the list below and click on Submit Request, this will send
email to team to reset your account and send back new password to the email you use to log to portal.
After this is submit you will receive an email with the notification that your request is in process.

What happens if I have not register in Forgot Password Tool?
If you try to use Forgot Password Link without been register prior inside SCC Portal, page will
display next error on screen. This does not mean you don’t have access to SCC but that you did not register
to use the Forgot Password tool.
