This is just a sample of our most popular sizes. To determine the number of column inches in your ad, take the number
of columns and multiply it by desired height. For example, a 4 column by 5" ad = 20 column inches. For current rates,

ARTWORK/LOGOS:
We can accept art and photos in the following formats: JPEG, TIF, EPS, PDF & BMP. Resolution should be set at 200 dpi, at
desired final dimensions (if you want your logo to be 2” square in the final ad, submit it to us at 200dpi @ 2”x2”).
SENDING ADS VIA EMAIL:
Email ads should be addressed to [email protected]. Please put the advertiser’s name in the subject field of the e-mail. Please
include a contact name and phone in your email so we may contact you if problems or questions arise.
FILE SIZE:
The largest file size we can accommodate via e-mail is 6 MB. Larger files should be submitted on disc.
DEADLINES:
Advertising space reservations and ad materials must be received by 12 noon on the Friday preceding the publication date. Ads
requiring proofs must be submitted by 12 noon on the Thursday preceding the publication date. The Weirs Times cannot accept
any ad cancellations after 5pm on the Friday preceding the publication date.
Frequently our Special Publication Issues will have early deadlines. Please refer to our Publication Schedule for these dates.
