To offer adults and students individual
academic support while respecting
their unique learning styles in an
atmosphere of care and concern.
Using multifaceted techniques
through individual instruction, our
tutors at the Ursuline Institute
of Learning (UIL) provide for
enrichment and/or remediation
in various disciplines for adults
and students from preschool
through college and beyond.
Our tutors
All Ursuline Institute of Learning
tutors are professional, experienced
and certified in education, with many
possessing master’s degrees in their
areas of specialty. Most of our tutors
are Ursuline Sisters; all are committed
to our mission.

weaknesses in reading and math for
students in grades one through 12.
• Individual instruction in reading,
math, language arts; elementary
through college.

dult mentoring in cultural
integration, including written and
