Please note that the following actions will affect your deposit.
 Not placing garbage and recycling in correct bin.
 Leaving the gas turned on for the barbecue.
 Disconnecting/altering media devices, e.g. stereo, speakers, TV.
 Driving on lawn.
 Pets are not allowed for health/allergy reasons.
 Leaving dirty dishes and not cleaning out the fridge.
