With so many digital display options, it is not an easy assignment to decide what
would be right for your business. Since digital menu boards are more than just
an LCD screen, National Sign Systems can provide you with all the tools that will
create your digital menu system.

Here are some situations where a digital solution would be right for you.
A. There are multiple store locations that need menu content
updated simultaneously.
B. The featured menu items change often.
C. Different menu items are highlighted at different times of the day.
D. There is a need to display caloric content information.
A. Measure the space you have for your display.
B. Think about how many digital panels you will need.
A commercial-grade 40” panel measures 36 in. x 21
in. x 5 1/2 in. (Note: panels can be installed vertically
or horzontally.)
C. Consider how many stores you will want to equip.
3. CONTROL YOUR DISPLAYS
Determine whether you want the screen content to be controlled as a stand-alone
unit or as a networked system.
A. Stand Alone: Menu board content is loaded onto a portable USB device,
such as a flash drive or compatible digital memory card. Each menu board is
updated separately.
B. Network: Content is loaded to a centralized server and transmitted to every
menu board in the system.
4. MaNAGE YOUR CONTENT
Content creation and management can be controlled by you
or by us.
A. You can use your in-house team or use an outside vendor
to create your content
B. National Sign Systems can create an affordable digital
presentation for you to your specifications.
C. You or National Sign Systems can manage your system
and maintain your content

5. INSTALL YOUR MENU BOARD
A. Hang your menu board using the installation
guide and components.
B. Connect the HD digital player into your screen
using the A/V cables provided.
C. Depending on your system choice, plug in:
–The Ethernet cord or wireless adapter
–The USB device that contains your digital
display content
