ing plans for 2009 - Rize Enterprises, LLC
Happy New Year to all our customers and friends. Rize
concluded 2008 with great success and has very exciting plans for 2009, including a new product range for
the lighting industry along with an initiative to enter the
Middle Eastern market.
Rize continues to expand internationally and, in November, exhibited in Dubai, Spain and France. These
exhibitions proved to be very successful and forward
reaching.
In mid-December, we held our first Annual Sales Meeting in Bay Shore, New York. Our entire sales force, domestic and international, as well as our in-house sales,
marketing and customer service staff, participated in an
interactive, highly informative and exciting meeting.
With the theme of the meeting “Better, Stronger,
Faster”, a clear message was transmitted to our Sales
Team. Our strategy is to continue providing the best
service to our customers and, in today’s economic climate, I am confident that this strategy will afford the
best means for another banner year.
Have a terrific winter.
Rize is moving into
the Middle East.
With our first Big 5
show in Dubai we
have started to look
forward to creating
a whole new export
market. With over
600 visitors to the
stand it was certainly
a busy time in Dubai.
“Dubai is still a fast
growing market and
will continue to be so
for the next 10 years”,
says Martin Upperton
sales manager for
Rize.
We will be stocking
product here in 2009
to be able to expand our market, not only for Dubai but
for the entire Middle East.

Sales, at The Big 5 Show in Dubai.
We recently exhibited at “Vinitech”, the biannual viticulture
show in Bordeaux France with our French distributor
Tubex France.
Vinitech is the largest Viticulture show in the world and
Martin Upperton was there to present the Kwik-Loc range
to customers from around the world. “We had interest
from all over the globe,” said Martin, “especially from
the Eastern European countries. In these tough economic
times it was great to see so many people turn out.”
It appeared that everyone was upbeat about next
year. “In tough times people seem to drink more
wine for some reason!” said Joel Gamboa of
Tubex. “This is great for our business together.”
Rize is looking forward to exhibiting at Sitevi in Montpelier
in 2010.
Rize was present at the recent Matelec Electrical show in
Madrid Spain with our Spanish distributor Casasan. Held
every two years, Matelec is the largest electrical exhibition
in Spain and with over 300 visitors coming to the stand it
will certainly help push Rize forward in the Spanish market.

Caio Brandao, the Director of International Sales
for Rize, was born in Brazil.
He speaks three languages
(English, Spanish and Portuguese). He and his wife
Martha, who is also Brazilian, enjoy New York City,
with its museums, restaurants and nightlife. They have a son and plenty of cats
and dogs. He also enjoys motorcycling.
The
Rize
Looped
Cable
Sling enhances the Kwik-Loc
suspension system with the
addition
of
a
pre-looped
cable end. Once the wire
rope is pulled around the
anchor point and through the
looped end of the cable, it is
already secured at one end,
saving time at the jobsite.
The remaining wire rope
“drop” is passed through a
channel in the Rize Kwik-Loc. Then, the wire rope is
either wrapped around the equipment or inserted through a
fastening point and back up into the second channel of the
same cable lock. The locking teeth inside the cable lock
engage the wire rope which secures the equipment in place.
Recently, Las Vegas Electric held an open house to
commemorate the opening of their new location on
Arroyo Springs Street. The attendance was estimated at
more than 500 people, and Rize representatives were in
attendance displaying the Kwik-Loc line for the electrical
market.
Las Vegas
Electric
is
sure
the
Kwik-Loc
system’s
ease of use
will facilitate
their ability
to serve their
customers. The incredibly fast installation time and ease
of leveling lighting fixtures or cable trays, make it a great
product for the electrical marketplace.
In fact, Las Vegas Electric has been so impressed with
the Kwik-Loc products that they used them to hang all of
the fluorescent lighting fixtures in the warehouse area.
Their new 30,000 sq. foot office space and warehouse
will greatly increase the ability of Las Vegas Electric to
serve the ever growing Las Vegas market. Stop by and
see Kwik-Loc in use today at their new location!

the new Dallas Cowboys Stadium located in Arlington,
Texas. The entire project includes plans for parking
structures, shopping and a convention center, with
an estimated cost of $1.1 billion. The full Stadium
project is due to be completed by Superbowl 2012.
