• Attendee Mailing List: Exhibiting companies will receive a FREE
mailing list of SWVS registered attendees three weeks prior to the
symposium and within three weeks after the symposium.
• Exhibitor Badge: Four allotted exhibitor badges
• Exhibitor Lunch: Four Lunch Bucks vouchers ($15 value)
• Exhibit Booth Furnishing: Set with 8' high back drape, 36" high
side dividers, one 6' x 30" skirted table, two chairs, one wastebasket,
and one 7"x 44" identification sign. All aisles will be carpeted. Booth

registration and attendance is required to earn CE credits. Labs and
additional activities require full payment at the time of registration.

SCANVENGER HUNT
The most exciting way to be seen at SWVS is to secure your spot on our
SCANVenger Hunt! Attendees will visit each of the 25 booths on the hunt
for a chance to win up to $1,750 in great prizes!
As a SCANVenger Hunt sponsor, you will get a QR code poster for your booth that, when
scanned, will send attendees to a question (submitted by you) on their smart phone. For
each question correctly answered, points are given. At the end of SWVS, those with the
most points are eligible for the prize drawing. The prizes include $1,000, $500, and $250
American Express Gift Cards. Last year, one of the winners was a DVM! There is also a
built-in lead retrieval system so that after the event you will receive contact information
from everyone that visited your booth.
