...Agie is investment
in the future
Agie belongs to a Group that is the
world market leader in ED machining. Agie practises closeness
to its customers with its worldwide presence. Agie convinces with
competence and continuity. More
than 20 000 users all over the
world and far more than 45 000 ED
wire-cutting and die-sinking machines sold confirm this. Agie does
not subordinate human aspects to
the machine. The man decides, the
machine carries out. A philosophy
that Agie has implemented with
user-friendly functions, self-generating technologies and a forwardlooking design in an exemplary
manner in its EDM systems
Agiecut and Agietron. Agie with today's technology for tomorrow's
applications.

Now all Agiecut machines
have the world’s most
powerful digital generator
In five years market presence the
Agiecut Vertex has acquired the
rating «most accurate ED wirecutting machine in the world».
Cleverly devised mechanics, an impressive generator output and a
control system developed within
the company were the factors
which convinced the customers
and operators. Agie recognised the
market requirements and transferred the «best of» Agiecut Vertex
to the complete Agiecut range.
Vertex technology is top-rate performance that is now to be found in
every Agiecut model.
Fast cutting speeds can be
achieved with eCut technologies
and wires from 0.1 to 0.15 mm diameter. eCut technologies cut
down strikingly on the consumption of filters and resin, as well as
of both, coated and brass wire.
Less deposits of wire material on
the workpiece reduce the trim
cuts. Cut surfaces on workpieces
have a homogeneous surface according to the roughness value.
