Traditional Party Nights
We have the venue, great atmosphere, superb food
and fabulous DJ here at The Imperial. All you need to do is turn
up and celebrate the season in style so, put on your dancing shoes
for our DJ will be playing all the best classic rock and pop,
from the 70’s right through to the present day. Arrive from 7pm for
a Sparkling Wine Reception.

Festive Dining
Celebrate Christmas with your office colleagues, friends or family with a
relaxing Festive Dinner in our Award Winning Chantrey’s Restaurant. Enjoy a
glass of Sparkling Wine on arrival followed by the scrumptious Festive Menu
complete with Christmas table decorations and Party novelties.
Festive Dining is available throughout December for only £29.50 per person.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A non-refundable deposit of £10.00 per person is required when booking a Party Night or Festive Dining
and £10.00 per person for Accommodation.
Deposits are strictly non-refundable or transferable in all circumstances.
Large parties cannot be guaranteed on one table.
We reserve the right to refuse admission and remove from service any persons whose condition in The
Imperial or its staff interfere or are likely to interfere with the enjoyment of the service by other
participants. The Imperial does not accept any responsibility in respect of the person prevented from
entering the function, or asked to leave due to a conflict. All drinks must be provided by the hotel unless
prior written agreement has been made and corkage paid. Guests found bringing their own drinks will
be charged accordingly.
Cancellation Policy:
Non–refundable deposit is required no later than 2 weeks from provisional booking.
Balance and full payment for the Party Nights, Festive Dining and Rooms is required 2 weeks prior to the
function, minor amends accepted up to this date, thereafter any cancellations are charged in full.
Deposits and Monies paid for non-arrivals or cancellations are forfeited. They are non-transferable and
cannot be offset against bar purchases.
The special B&B rates are only available in conjunction with a Party Night and Festive Dining booking.
Rates are inclusive of VAT as of January 2011 and may vary with any changes in Government Legislation.
We advise all Party Night and Festive Dining organisers to inform their guests of the Terms and
Conditions.
We advise guests to insure against cancellation.

take advantage of our exclusive Party Night and Festive Dining
accommodation rates to include a scrumptious full Welsh Breakfast and
use of our Health and Fitness centre Mint Condition.

From £44 per person per night Bed and Breakfast based on 2 sharing a
standard Double/Twin room and from £54 per person single occupancy.
