PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
DURAFLOOR HP is a high strength, self leveling concrete overlay
topping that is easy to place. DURAFLOOR HP rapidly gains strength to
allow pedestrian and vehicle traffic or mechanical polishing within 24
hours after placement. The time-proven benefits of positive bonding and
durability assure precise decorative repair of worn and pitted concrete
surfaces.
DURAFLOOR HP quickly develops strength and can be dyed with
L&M's Vivid Dye and polished with L&M's FGS PermaShine Concrete
Polishing System. This attractive, fast curing, fiber reinforced, selfleveling material may be placed in various thicknesses from 3/8” to 2
inches (10-50mm) depth in a single pour. DURAFLOOR HP can be
integrally colored for additional decorative effect.

The rapid strength, self-leveling features of DURAFLOOR HP assure an
attractive durable concrete repair surface for worn, uneven and pitted
existing concrete floors. Its excellent workability and wear resistance
make it ideal for patch repairs in large and small areas that require a very
durable and polishable repair material. Use DURAFLOOR HP to
renovate and correct irregularities in uneven and worn structural floors,
including light manufacturing, malls, retail stores, warehouses and
lobbies.

ESTIMATING:
DURAFLOOR HP is packaged in 50 lb. (22.7 kg) polyethylene-lined
bags. Recommended minimum installed depth for polished floors is 3/8
inch (10mm) for best results. Coverage: 14 sq. ft. per bag @ 3/8 inch
(10mm) depth. 11 sq. ft. per bag @ 1/2” (12-13mm) depth.

FOR BEST RESULTS:
All materials should be stored at 40 degrees F to 80 degrees F for 24
hours prior to installation.
For interior use only.
Minimum recommended depth for polished topping is 3/8” (10 mm).
NOTE: Polishing topping material requires a high degree of
experience and craftsmanship. L&M Construction Chemicals
recommends a suitable sized mock-up, exactly as the finished
floor will be, obtaining owner's acceptance prior to installation.
PRECAUTIONS:
Contains Portland cement, calcium aluminate cement and silica sand.
Freshly mixed cement is highly alkaline and may cause skin injury.
Avoid creating and inhaling dust. Provide ventilation and respiratory
protection. Wear skin and eye protection. Dust mask is recommended.
