Factotum Performance is the intelligent solution to make life easier for those
who play music live, ideal for use in any type of venue and in any context.
In particular Factotum Performance is the ideal instrument for musicians in
live piano bar and DJ situations playing at different venues and who need a
compact amplification system which is easy to carry and quick set up.
It was with the needs of such musicians in mind the Factotum performance
was born, the “all in one” system ; a complete amplification system in a portable
and easy to carry “case”, inside an intelligent and ergonomic design project
sees, 2 satellite in ultra-light plastic, a subwoofer, three power amplifiers, a
mixer and a digital effects processor.
Factotum Performance incorporates professional loudspeakers components
built to Voice System specifications from carefully chosen and quality controlled
materials. These speakers have been created with the aim of providing a constant
linear response even at maximum power, guaranteeing the absence of distortion
and an excellent sound quality. The satellite is built in a special plastic material
and is equipped by a 5” woofer and a 0,8” tweeter. The special structure of the
cross-over filter, made with low tolerance components specifically for audio
applications and equipped with P.T.C. to protect tweeter and woofer from the
overload, ensures along with the processed amplifiers maximum performance
with no risk of damage to the system components. The new sub-woofer, load
in a little horn portion with plane wave-guide “Planar Bass Drive” which
contributes to the 10” woofer high efficiency SPL, 6 dB louder than normal bassreflex cabinet, the controlled directivity warranted an high SPL to many meters
of distance. The special plywood cabinet is light-weight, rugged road-worthy
