We have an attached quad featuring the new versions of
some favorite layouts. Check out the Canterbury III and
the Abbey III. The detached homes we have under
construction now are the Promenade without the upstairs
bonus suite and the Portico with the upstairs bonus suite.
Directions
From I-75 Take Exit 222 (Jodeco Road) toward Flippen.
Travel on Jodeco Road to Peach Drive (there is a traffic
light). Turn left onto Peach Drive. The main entrance to
the community will be on the left.
If the gate is closed please dial Cindy Johnson at the Call
Box for access. The Sales Center is located in the
Clubhouse at 220 Fenwick Circle, McDonough, GA
30253. Parking is available on each side of the
clubhouse.
