A fixed-course tasting menu served in our Barrel Aging Room for 12 20 guests. This menu is written uniquely for your event, inspired by
Tröegs Beers with an emphasis on seasonal ingredients. Each course
includes a Tröegs Beer pairing and a presentation.

Four-Course Tasting Menu $69 per person
