Michael Caselli has been involved in the gaming industry since 1996, he completed his Masters work at the University of London
(Imperial College of Science, Technology and Medicine) analyzing the viability of gaming on the Internet. Since then, Michael has helped
to successfully launch several online and print gaming publications including onlinecasinonews.com, Gambling Online Magazine, iGaming
Business, Bluff Magazine, Bluff Europe and Gambling.com Magazine. Michael Caselli is considered one of the world’s leading experts on
online gaming and has served as chairman of numerous International forums and conferences that focus on interactive gaming throughout
Europe, Asia and America.
> Maarten Haijer - Secretary General - EGBA
Maarten Haijer is the Secretary General of the European Gaming and Betting Association since April 2013. Previously he was the Director for
Regulatory Affairs at EGBA, representing the interests of the EGBA members in the increasing number of legislative initiatives for the online
gambling sector at both EU and national level. Before joining the EGBA, Maarten worked as the Internal Market and Consumer Protection
Councilor at the Netherlands Permanent Representation to the EU, where he inter alia negotiated the Services and Consumer Rights Directives.
Prior to that he worked in several positions at the Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs, where he dealt with EU and WTO trade policy issues.

and a MBA from Stockholm School of Economics. He is the Chairman of BOS- the trade association for online gambling in Sweden.

Emil Sunvisson most recent assignment was as partner at ScandCap, a corporate finance boutique, as responsible for several business
transactions within the gaming sector. Emil has, in addition to his board duties at Cherry, experience from the gaming industry, including as
Chairman at Betsafe and as board member at Betsson. Previously, Emil has worked in various positions in i.a. Glocalnet, France Telecom,
Siemens and Cap Gemini. Emil is 41 years, has a Master of Science degree from the Royal Institute of Technology and a MBA from

Rickard is Member of the Center Party and parliamentarian since 2011. Member of the committee of Social affairs, but also has a role at

itself, but also for the consumer’s issues and the social consequences of gambling. Rickard is also an experienced gambler and has a special

Stefan Widmark is Partner in Mannheimer Swartling law firm’s practise group for intellectual property, marketing and media law and
one of the leading IPR and entertainment lawyers in Sweden. He has extensive experience in gaming law and frequently assists gaming
companies in its dealings with the Swedish market and Swedish authorities and courts. Stefan Widmark also represents Aftonbladet’s
former Editor-in-Chief Anders Gerdin and Aftonbladet in the pending criminal case that was recently argued before the European Court
of Justice and that is expected to have a decisive effect on whether or not the Swedish Lotteries Act will be deemed by Swedish courts to
be in conflict with EU law.
> Thomas Mattsson - Editor in chief - Expressen
Thomas Mattsson is the Editor-in-Chief of the Swedish daily Expressen. He is the 65th most powerful person in Sweden, according to
the Fokus magazine.
> Ian MacLeod - Senior Marketing Manager Special Projects - Paddy Power
Ian is a digital marketing veteran having been at the forefront of developing digital industries such as on-line gambling, publishing, mobile
content, and financial services for over 11 years. Ian currently heads up the marketing function for a new special projects division within
Paddy Power. He is responsible for devising the brand identity and all acquisition and retention marketing activity for new mobile brands
for Paddy Power (Roller Casino and Paddy Power Vegas). Ian is also part of the wider Mobile Excellence strategy team that keeps Paddy
Power as the number 1 mobile gambling brand in the world. Prior to joining Paddy Power in April 2012, Ian spent 2 years as head of
marketing & business development in the mobile strategy division of A&N Media, working on the app marketing and mobile direction for
A&N Media brands such as Daily Mail, Metro, FindaProperty and Jobsite. Prior to this, Ian was the European marketing manager for one
of mobile contents founding companies I-play, working on over 100 Java mobile game launches and 40+ iPhone & Android games.
> Clive Hawkswood - Chief Executive - Remote Gambling Association
Clive Hawkswood has been Chief Executive of the Remote Gambling Association (RGA) since its establishment in August 2005 following
the merger of the Association of Remote Gambling Operators (ARGO) and the Interactive Gaming, Gambling and Betting Association
(iGGBA). Clive was formerly head of the Betting & Racing Branch at the British Department for Culture, Media & Sport (DCMS). Prior to
that, he was at the Home Office, spending time in both the Gambling Section and the Horseracing Policy Team. He is also a Director of the
Responsibility in Gambling Trust (RIGT), the British charity that raises and allocates funds for problem gambling related research, education
and treatment.
> Matt Davey - CEO - NYX Gaming Group
Having recently relocated from London to Las Vegas to expand the company in the USA, Matt Davey leads a team of 110 staff across Las
Vegas, Sydney and Stockholm. After graduating with a degree in Electrical Engineering, Matt Davey started our his career in the gaming industry
as a government regulator for the Northern Territory Government, Australia. As part of the Racing & Gaming division he worked on approving
the internal controls and operating procedures to successfully license the first landbased casino to launch an online gaming site. Moving into
private industry he held a number of senior roles within software gaming businesses before establishing his own company. In 2003, he worked
with a venture capital company to restructure NextGen Gaming, growing it from 5 staff to 45 before moving to London and merging it with
NYX Interactive to form NYX Gaming Group. The company recently bought a social poker business to establish its base here in Las Vegas and complement
its portfolio of lottery, bingo and casino software.
> Atle Hamar - Director General - Norwegian Gaming Authority
Mr. Hamar is the Director General for the Norwegian Gaming and Foundation Authority. He was the 2007 Chair of the International Association
of Gaming Regulators. A former deputy minister in the Ministry for Police and Justice Affairs, Mr. Hamar has also served as a political advisor
in the Ministry for Transport and Communication, including 25 years’ experience with politics and state administration. Mr. Hamar participates
on different boards and committees.
> Gunilla Carlsson - Member of Parliament and Chairman of the Committee of Cultural Affairs - Social Democratic Party
Gunilla C Carlsson (S), is from Gothenburg. She became MP for Socialdemokraterna in 2002. Since 2012 she is Chairman of the Cultural Committee in
the Swedish Parliament. She was member of the same Committee från 2002 until 2010. Between 2010 and 2012 she was member of the Traffic
Committee in the Parliament.
> Peter Alling - Public Affairs Manger Nordics - Unibet
Peter Alling has an extensive ten years’ experience as gambling regulator. He has served as Secretary to latest of Swedish governmental Commissions on
gambling and three years as Head of Operations at Swedish Gambling Authority. Peter Alling is a trained lawyer specialized in public law and IPR and
has been a speaker at various conferences over the years. He joined Unibet in 2013 to manage re-regulatory issues in the Nordics.

> Johan Claesson - Integrity Officer, Riksidrottsförbundet - The Swedish Sports Confederation
Johan has been working as Integrity officer for Riksidrottsförbundet since 2013 with match fixing and other sports related corruption.
His tasks are among other things to create clear regulations and a channel of communication for athletes, functionaries and public who
suspect sports related corruption and to educate athletes and leaders. Johan has a LLM and has worked at a law firm for three years. In
2013 he finished his own professional football career which has included playing for Gefle IF, Portland Timbers and Sirius FK.
> Sian Rowlands - Analyst - Juniper Research
Siân Rowlands is a Research Analyst with hi-tech analyst house Juniper Research, which has published the industry’s benchmark reports

With over 12 years of experience from the private and public sector Morten is Chief Executive of the Danish Online Gambling Association
(DOGA), a trade association for online gambling in Denmark. Furthermore he is Executive Director of the International Association of Gaming
Advisors (IAGA) and Managing Director in the public affairs company Policy Action Denmark. Morten is a master of law from Copenhagen
University in 1999 and has served 12 years as legal counsel in the Danish State Lottery, Danske Spil, and later as legal counsel in the Danish
Gambling Authority in the Ministry of Taxation. Morten received the award “European Regulator of the Year” from the association “International
Masters of Gaming Law” in 2010.
