In addition, “Symposium on Global WaterEnvironmental Engineering Study in Bangkok” was held in Kasetsart University in November 2013. Focusing on disaster prevention and disaster reduction, this symposium offered a significant opportunity for information exchange between the two countries, as well as possibilities for research exchange and technical cooperation in the field of water environment, including future joint projects. Thailand was one of the countries selected as the theme of the 5th International Week 2013 held at Chuo University.
