Introduction
Would you like to improve efficiency, reduce giveaway and
improve your ROI?
Our tailor made training courses can guide your personnel through
all aspects of your Yamato Weigher so that these improvements can
be realised.
The object of this training course is to train operators and engineers
on all aspects of the Sigma Series Multihead Weigher by utilising
various methods of presentation, including:
•
use of an interactive simulator
•
detailed power point presentations
•
hands on work in our demonstration area
(subject to machine availability)
The presentation is designed to be a complete course for all, the
first part covers basic operation, higher level functions can also be
incorporated to suit your specific requirements.
Each attendee is provided with a handout which allows space for
note taking.
As we tailor each course to suit your requirements, we ask that you
complete the attached ‘training request sheet’ when requesting one
of our courses, this way we can ensure the correct level of training
is provided.
Training courses can be conducted at our Leeds Office where lunch
is included and frequent coffee breaks. Alternatively we can come to
your site and train you there - ask for details and requirements.
We actively monitor our training programs and welcome any feed
back and comments you and your personnel may have.

Course Application
Example of 2 day course attendees:
Day 1 - 6 attendees (4 operators and 2 engineers)
Day 2 - 2 engineers only
The course will be presented in the above order
Module 1 is a ½ day (09:00-13:00)
Module 1 & 4 will require a full day (0900-1600)
Modules 2, 3, 5, 6 and 7 can be included but may/will extend the day.
Modules 8 and 9 are a second day (09:00-14:30) + extra time for
practical on a weigher if possible.
NB: All training courses are to begin at 9am. Please arrive
15 minutes prior for registration
Module 10 is for cleaning crew only. This takes approximately
1-1½hrs and will require access to a weigher (½hr in a classroom
and ½hr on the weigher). Note: This is included in module 1.
If you do not have counting or mixing software then please do not
