Among the core ingredients we make
from scratch are the frijoles negros we use
in so many of our dishes. We start with
dry black beans instead of canned so we
can prepare them just how we like ’em:
firm and flavorful with guajillo chile
powder, oregano, ground cumin and
tomato juice.
All salads are served with a warm tortilla, except
the Taco Salad.
