Die pneumatischen Antriebe Typ RD (doppelt wirkend)
und RDF (einfach wirkend) arbeiten nach dem Prinzip der
Doppelschwinge. Die erzeugte Kraft wird über zwei Kolben und
einen Hebel, die Doppelschwinge, in ein Nutzdrehmoment an
der Antriebswelle umgesetzt. Durch das konstruktive Prinzip
der Doppelschwinge wird eine optimale Umwandlung der
Energie der komprimierten Druckluft in das Nutzdrehmoment
erreicht. So profitiert der Anwender
von einem geringen Luftverbrauch.
Rotadisk pneumatic actuators type RD (double acting) and RDF
(spring return) use the Scotch-yoke mechanism as working
principle. The Scotch-yoke mechanism produces a torque curve
that most closely matches the torque requirements of valve
actuation when converting linear to rotary motion. Scotch-yoke
produce greater torque at the beginning and the end of each
stroke precisely where it is required to operate most types of
valves as butterfly- and ball valves.
Durch die charakteristische
Kinematik ergibt sich ein hohes
Start- und Endmoment. Die Antriebsdrehmomentkurve
entspricht damit nahezu ideal dem
Drehmomentverhalten eines Kugelhahns bzw. einer Klappe. Die kompakte Bauform erlaubt auch die
nachträgliche Automatisierung in
beengten Raumverhältnissen. Das
eloxierte Antriebsgehäuse und die
PU-lackierten Deckel sowie die rostund säurebeständige Antriebswelle
sichern die Funktion auch im rauhen Chemiebetrieb.
Bei einfach wirkenden, federrückstellenden Antrieben sind die Federn
auf mehr als 107 Lastspiele ausgelegt und optimal gegen Korrosion
geschützt. Unsere Antriebe besitzen selbstverständlich genormte Schnittstellen zum Anbau von
Signalgeräten, Stellungsreglern, Magnetventilen und Armaturen
(VDI/VDE 3845, Namur, ISO 5211, DIN 3337).
Der Rotadisk Schwenkantrieb stellt durch sein an 90° Armaturen angepasstes Drehmomentverhalten eine flexible und
kostengünstige Alternative im Bereich der Automatisierung dar.

The spring return actuators, type
RDF, guarantee real fail-safe service due to powerful springs. All
springs are designed for more than
10 million cycles and have a multilayer corrosion protection. The drive
shaft is guided in bearings to ensure
smooth operation and to protect the
drive shaft seals from any operating
loads. All actuators are fitted with
field-adjustable end stops in each
end cap which limit the piston outward travel. The anodized surface
of actuator body and the PU-painted
cover give excellent protection in
hostile environments. All models
are factory lubricated for the optimum cycle life of the actuator and
constructed for indoor and outdoor
application.
All Rotadisk actuators are subject
to rigorous production procedures
and a 100% function and pressure
testing after assembling. All Rotadisk actuators are provided
with ISO 5211 mounting holes and location spigot and accessory mounting holes to VDI/VDE 3845 and NAMUR for easy fitting
limit switches, solenoid valves and positioners.
Due to the specific torque characteristic similar to quarter turn
valves the Rotadisk actuator is a flexible and competitive alternative for automation.
