Following is the 2015 NPC R.K. Smith Productions Bodybuilding, Physique, Figure, Fitness & Bikini Entry Form complete
with Competitors event information for our upcoming fall event at the SEVEN FEATHERS CASINO RESORT! The contest
date is October 17th.
Please refer back to our website; www.rksmithproductions.com in the coming months for additional updates. We will
have our fall information fully updated by July 15.
By referring to your competitor informational pages included in the pdf and checking the website many of your questions
will be answered.
New to the 2015 show are the availability to purchase event tickets online, and online entry option.
We are currently working with Vendini and outstanding online ticketing service and are excited to have this feature of
purchasing tickets online for the first time. Vendini gives you the option to see available seating and choose your seats.
To meet the seating needed for our event as it has grown we will now have concert style seating. We will no longer be
setting the room with the table rounds. It will be much easier to get in and out of your seats to move around the room to
visit Vendors and/or the cocktail-soda bar or restrooms in the foyer.
When your family or friends are ready to purchase tickets, you will want to tell them to be preplanned with one
purchaser buying the seats in order to be able to be seated together in a row, or a row back to back. We will not be able
to plan your seats for you, and there will be no holding seats.
Purchases will be final through Vendini Ticketing, with no exchanges or refunds for any reason. If tickets are forgotten,
our past policy is still offered. We will check our charts to see where your Finals seats were located, but you will be paying
your entrance price once again to enter the event. You may mail us your untorn tickets when you return home and
receive a refund minus a $10 service charge.
Finals Reserved Tickets are all the same price. Early purchase provides the opportunity to choose the best viewing seats.
Judging Tickets may be pre-purchased and are general admission seating. The advantage of having your Judging Ticket in
hand rather than purchasing it at the doors is a entrance 15 minutes early which will provide you a great seat! Judging
doors open at 8:30 AM, those with a prepurchased Judging ticket will be offered entance at 8:15 AM. Judging begins at 9
AM. Best wishes with your prep!, we will email you a confirmation when we recive your entry form.

ELGIBILITY: All Entrants must be 2015 NPC registered athletes. You may register for the NPC at Competitor check-in on Friday
evening of October 16th or final check-in on the 17th of October. 2015 NPC Registration fee is $120. If you purchase your NPC
membership ahead of the event you must either bring your membership card or a photo copy of the check you paid with, or money
order receipt. If the card has not arrived to you by show time, be sure to bring a proof that you purchased it. Within a month of the
show it is really best to wait to make your purchase when you arrive to competitor check in. That way you will have a receipt in hand
to prove your purchase.
Please be advised that the NPC does not at this time accept credit cards for payment. Cash, Check or Money order is the accepted
payments. All membership applications and payments are sent directly to the NPC National Office in Pittsburgh following every NPC
event; therefore Promoters/Producers of the event cannot personally take your credit cards for payment and be responsible for the
credit card processing fees
NOVICE CLASS GUIDELINES FOR; Novice Bikini, Novice Men's Physique and Novice Figure are classes for a beginning competitor. You
may not double enter into Open Class, just as we will not let Open double enter into Novice Class. That would defeat the purpose of
a class designed for beginners. You may double enter Novice and Master's if you are of Masters Age, but not Novice and Open
classes.
*Novice MP, Figure & Bikini Competitors: You may stay in Novice until you place in the top 5 if you desire. Once you have placed in
the Top 5 you must then move on from the Novice Category. It is important to note that the Novice divisions we have added are not
National qualifying classes within the NPC. They were added as a starting place for competitors just beginning to compete, as place
where you are learning and improve along with others who are also brand new or very new to competition. Our hope is that the
competitor will move on voluntarily from the Novice division once they have a few shows "under their belt", even if they have not
placed in a Top 5 yet. We hope that this division truly stays as a place for the competitor who is very new to competing.
There will not be an Overall conducted in the Novice Figure, Novice Bikini or Novice Men’s Physique divisions. Overalls are
reserved for those NPC Qualifying classes in the Open and Masters Divisions and Novice Men’s Bodybuilding. If you have

Novice Bodybuilding Competitors must have not placed first in any NPC bodybuilding contest.
NATIONAL QUALIFIER This Event is a National Qualifier, and a non-tested contest. COMPETITORS SEE NPCNEWSONLINE TO CHECK
FOR PLACING THAT QUALIFY FOR NATIONAL COMPETITONS. YOU MAY LOOK UP YOUR DIVISION.
MUSIC: Music must be recorded on an audio CD’s (no MP3 Files) with your music being the only recording on the CD; no other form
will be accepted. The music will begin to fade at 55 seconds. Music must be turned in at competitor check in or you will not be able
to complete the check in process. *We reserve the right to substitute a house music recording if your music is not acceptable. Your
music will be sound checked at competitor check in.
BODYBUILDING & WOMEN’S PHYSIQUE POSING ROUTINES: Bodybuilders & Women’s Physique will be allowed 60 seconds for
their posing routine and Women’s Fitness up to 2 minutes. Please keep your routine respectful & “family oriented”.

MP, FIGURE, BIKINI AND FITNESS TWO PIECE POSING PRESENTATIONS When we receive your entry form we will email a
competitors entry confirmation along with pertinent contest information. Included will be a description for your Finals presentation.
STAGE PHOTOGRAPHY will be available by Richard Olson of Westcoastbodybuilding.com & Tracy Coggins Photography:
No Tripods or other Professional Photographing will be allowed. The competition will not be videotaped. Your family may take a
video clip of you while you are on stage with their cell phone. Cell phone or small cameras may be used at this time for personal
stage photographs. PLEASE NOTE: If you do not sign up for professional photography there will be no photographs of you
available to purchase. There will be a station where you may sign up at Competitors check in.
ENTRY FEE: $100 per class entered. A total of three Class entries is the limit, you must meet the class requirements in any class
entered. Men may not double enter Bodybuilding with Men’s Physique. Telephone or email if you need clarification that the classes
you would like to double in are available options. Bodybuilding combination of Open/Novice is not allowed.
All Competitors in classes with a routine who double enter will present their routine with the class that is first within the Order of
Events.
*COMPETITORS who are double entered in a class that does a routine will do their routine with the class that comes first within
the Order of Events. The Competitor will need to be backstage listening up for the announcements of the Top 5 finishers in their
non-presenting class.

ENTRY DEADLINE: Sunday October 11th, 2015, 5:00 PM. After October 11th the entry fee is: $200.00 per class with no exceptions.
Online entry is closed at 5 PM on October 11. The late fee will be charged to all who enter after Oct 11th. If you have not mailed your
entry form to arrive by the 11th, please telephone your entry or send your online form by 5:00 PM on Sunday October 11th.

COMPETITORS EARLY CHECK IN / LATE REGISTRATION: Friday Check-in will be located in the Seven Feathers Convention Center,
follow the signs. Time: 7:00 PM - 9:30 PM. Competitors only and 1 trainer per competitor wearing a wrist band are allowed
through the check in process. The Casino cannot have a large line of family and friends winding through and this is why we have
implemented this rule.
COMPETITORS FINAL CHECK IN / LATE REGISTRATION: is Saturday from 6:30 AM- 7:30 AM in the Convention Center. Competitors
please allow time to be processed through and finished Saturday before 7:30 AM.
COMPETITOR MEETING: 8 AM Saturday October 17th in the Pump/Tanning area. 8:00 AM.
Due to space limitations only Competitors may attend the meeting. Please be wearing your lanyards. Trainers must use the main
entrance doors to enter the venue, and they can meet up with their clients inside once the meeting ends.
GUIDELINES: All competitors will be judged & follow NPC rules, guidelines, and mandatory poses. All contestants will then be
introduced to pose and/or present as they are individually introduced by the Master of Ceremonies. Top 5’s are then called back for
awards.
If you are competing in Bikini, the NPC guideline & ruling regarding the back side of your bikini bottoms is that it must provide 50%
glute coverage. Although no contests are enforcing that rule, even the national contests we are seeing suits that are very far from
50% coverage. Please be respectful and provide some coverage, we do not want to see g-strings as they are not allowed by NPC
standards. Do not go to the expense of a new custom suit and risk not being able to wear it a second time, or possibly being
disqualified. We ask for your respect of this NPC rule please. Be advised that the NPC Judges can mark you down in scoring for
wearing an illegal suit.
TICKETING INFORMATION FOR THE 2015 CHAMPIONSHIPS.

JUDGING SESSION: Begins at 9 AM / Doors open at 8:30 AM. General Admission at the door $30.
Pre-buy your Tickets for an early admission at 8:15 AM. Saving Seats is not allowed and will be
enforced.
FINALS: Begins at 6 PM / Doors open at 5:30 PM. Reserved Tickets ARE $30, $40 & $50. No discount for
at the door sales. It is your advantage to purchase early for best seats!
TRAINERS: You must have 7 individual client entries submitted by Oct 11th at 5 PM to be awarded a free
event admission. If your clients do not submit their entry by October11th they will not be counted toward the
total needed for your free event admission.
TRANIERS 2015 BACK STAGE ACCESS BANDS– R.K. SMITH PRODUCTIONS IS DONATING %100 OF ALL
BACK STAGE WRIST BAND SALES IN THE MEMORY OF OUR OVERALL CHAMPION GENEVIEVE MORENO. THE
RECIPIENT IS THE EUGENE FAMILY YMCA WHERE CHILDREN FROM GENEVIEVE’S HOMETOWN WILL RECEIVE
SPONSORHIPS TO ATTEND SUMMER SIMMING LESSONS. EACH BAND SOLD WILL PROVIDE A CHILD THE
OPPORTUNITY TO LEARN WATER SAFETY AND SWIMMING SKILLS. WE ANTICIPATE THE DONATIONS WILL BE
SENDING 40+ CHILDREN INTO SWIMMING LESSONS.

This link will be active on July 15. If you prefer to telephone us, we will also accept
telephone orders. The number is 503-376-6361. Please do not call the Seven Feathers
Casino Resort for Tickets. They are our event location only.
Telephone pre-sales of Tickets begin on July 15 and pre-sales end on Saturday October 10th. At that time we are no
longer able to mail out orders as there is a good chance you would not receive the tickets in time. At that point in
time we are loading up and setting up the event and not selling tickets.
Everyone has the same opportunity to call before October 10th. Please inform your families. After Oct 10th tickets will
not be sold again until October 17th at the event doors. We will open up Finals ticket sales during the 9 AM Judging
session in the rear of the Ballroom.
Finals Tickets will also be available at the doors at 5:00 PM providing they are still available. Standing Room will be
offered if/when all Reserved Tickets are gone.
*THOSE WHO PRE-PURCHASE TICKETS, AND FORGET TO BRING THEIR TICKETS TO THE SHOW WILL BE REQUIRED TO
PURCHASE TICKETS AGAIN TO ENTER, NO EXCEPTIONS. WE WILL NOT ALLOW PEOPLE WHO FORGET TICKETS TO ENTER.
POLICY REGARDING COMPETITOR SHOW SEATING; COMPETITORS WILL NOT HAVE A RESERVED SEAT
AT 6 PM FINALS UNLESS YOU HAVE PURCHASED ONE. YOU WILL HAVE STANDING ROOM ONLY. YOU MUST
WEAR YOUR LAMINATED CREDENTIALS AND SHOW IT TO THE ENTRANCE EVENT CREW FOR YOUR
ENTRANCE. PLEASE BE WEARING YOUR LAMINATED CREDENTIALS TO ENTER FREE, YOU MAY NOT SHARE
YOU CREDENTIALS WITH ANYONE ELSE OR YOU WILL BE DISQUALIFIED FROM THE COMPETITION.
Pump Room Access: Anyone other than R.K. Smith Productions Event Crew who would like to access the
pump/backstage area will need to purchase a “Trainers Access Wrist Band”. The charge is $50 for each
band; they will be permanent bands and not interchangeable. Per NPC Rules anyone in the backstage area
must also have a current NPC membership.
*The access wristbands cannot be pre-purchased but must be purchased at Competitor Check in Friday
evening or Saturday morning. There will be an NPC station for those needing to purchase.
Once the doors open for the 9 AM session the wristband charge will be $75 each. Plan ahead to avoid a late
charge.
THE WRISTBAND DOES NOT PROVIDE EVENT ENTRANCE. Entrance/admission is separate. Anyone other than
Competitors must have tickets and admission purchased to enter the event. The only exceptions to purchasing a
wristband is the event Guest Poser & his / her one assistant.
2015 Pump Room Rules for Trainers:
1. You must wear your wristband at all times. Any tampering with the band and you will need to purchase another band.
2. Listen and follow all instruction and be respectful to the Event Expediting Staff.
3. No Trainers are allowed to the stage, or in the staging area.. You must work with your client in the DESIGNATED PUMP ROOM
AREA ONLY. When the Expediters call the Competitors into a class line up to bring to them to the stage you will need to exit the pump
area into the showroom if you want to watch your client. You are not allowed to come to the staging or stage area.
4. To keep consistency, everyone other than RK Smith Event Crew who would like to be backstage will need to purchase an access
ban, with the exception as listed on the preceding page..
5. Exceptions to stage access are Trophy Presentation, or any Special awards recipients.
