Sheardale Lakeside Villa is a 6 Bed 4.5 Bath fully Air-Conditioned vacation home in a fabulous location, stylishly and luxuriously furnished to the highest
standards. The private pool and Jacuzzi spa boast stunning views over the beautiful Lake and Conservation areas. There is an extended pool deck and covered
Lanai with Florida glass to the sides for privacy, pool safety screen where you can enjoy outdoor living in style. There is ample Pool Furniture to relax with. Inside
the villa there is both a Games Room and Entertainments Room. There is FREE Wi-Fi Internet and FREE Local and International calls. The villa has two Master
Bedrooms with En-suite Bathrooms (1 King downstairs and 1 Queen upstairs), another Master Queen Bedroom, three Twin Bedrooms and a further two and a
half Bathrooms. All Bedrooms have Cable LED HD TV and DVD Players. All 4 full Bathrooms have Hairdryers. Plenty of living space for everyone - with a Family
Room with views over the Lake, a separate formal Lounge, formal Dining area and also a Breakfast Nook overlooking the pool and lake. The open plan Kitchen
is fully equipped with all the modern appliances you could want. A strictly No Smoking and No Pets Villa please. Situated on the Award Winning Gated and 24
hour Manned Terra Verde Resort, guests staying at the villa have full use of the Resort facilities – more details below in the Rooms section. Restaurants and
shopping are all only minutes away (including 24 hour Walmart, Publix, Target & shopping malls). You’ll find a choice of award winning golf courses nearby and a
large choice of other activities on site or close by . . . . Water-sports, including jet ski, ski boat and airboat; flying and hot air ballooning; horse riding, fishing;
tennis and basketball; fitness centre and gym; cinemas and museums. The main attractions nearby includes Disney, Universal Studios and Old Town (10 minutes
drive away). Sea World and Wet'n Wild are all within 30 minutes drive. Busch Gardens, Cyprus Gardens and Kennedy Space Centre are all within one hours
drive. If you love the beaches, Daytona Beach, Cocoa Beach and the Gulf Coast beaches are all within one hours drive away. If you think of anything we’ve

the Nook enjoying lovely views over Pool and beautiful Lake. Or breakfast & dine under the lanai watching the birds
and the fish jump in the lake.

Furnished with comfortable leather sofa and loveseat from which you can enjoy Uninterrupted Views of the Lake and
Conservation areas to the rear of the villa. For your entertainment there is a 55" LED HD Smart TV (Cable), a Blu-Ray
DVD Player, VCR and Hi Fi. A selection of DVD's and Books also provided.
Entertainment Room/Loft
Again with Lake Views, the room is furnished with luxury sofa, large TV, DVD Player, Hi-Fi and Wii Console with games.
Games Room
A carpeted Games Room which includes a Pool Table, Electronic Darts, Air Hockey Table, Ping Pong/Table Tennis,
Entertaining Table with Stools, TV, DVD Player and a CD Player.
POOL & SPA
Your private Pool and Spa has Stunning Views over the Lake and Conservation area. The pool area and extended
deck gets the sun from mid morning until sundown, so you can look forward to watching beautiful sunsets over the
water. The pool is illuminated at night so you can continue to enjoy this area well into the evening. There is a covered
Lanai with Florida Glass for privacy to the side and it has 2 Tables, 10 Chairs and 8 Sun Loungers and there is a Pool
Safety Screen for younger children in your party. Pool/Spa Heating is optional

Court, Beach Volleyball Court, Tennis Court, Outdoor Table Tennis/Ping Pong. Younger guests will enjoy the Children's
