ADDITIONAL BORDERLESS HEAT TRANSFER FEES
•Set up - $62.50(v) Electronic Proof Fee per design
•Revisions - $31.25(v) Electronic Proof Fee per revision
•For each additional square inch, please add $0.50(p)
•Fold / Polybag: $0.50(p)/unit for most garments, $1.00(p)/unit for blankets and 3-in-1 jackets
•To calculate the logo size in square inches: Multiply Height by Width (Ex: 2" H x 3" W = 6 sq. ins)
GENERAL BORDERLESS HEAT TRANSFER INFORMATION
•Minimum Order Size: 24 unit min. required (same style or base fabric) for each logo (must be
same size & color)
•Maximum Size for Logos: 11" x 11" or where imprint area permits
•PMS Colors: Please provide Pantone colors if required for Borderless Transfers (we will match
as closely as possible)
•Recommended Fabrics: 100% Cotton or Polyester, Blends: Cotton/Poly or Poly/Spandex,
Microfiber Polyester
•Fabrics Not Recommended: Wool, Fleece, Polyfill products, Nylon
•Electronic Proof Turnaround Time: Generally 1-2 business days with vector art (e.g. illustrator eps
or ai format) in the required color and size.
•Production Time: Generally 7-10 business days after all approvals, however this may vary for high
volume orders or complicated logos and/or placement.

•Pricing is subject to change without notice.
•Order Requirements: Submit a written P.O. with style numbers, color, size & quantity required,
contact information, shipping address, payment method, in-hands date, decoration type, vector
artwork, logo placement, logo color & size.
•Production begins upon receipt of a signed approval form & credit approval.
•Art Requirements: Must be submitted in vector art (e.g. illustrator eps or ai format) in the
required size and color.
•Minimum Artwork Fees - Start at $62.50(v)/hour.
