Spouse stays free: On every qualifying HHonors stay, your spouse stays free

Earn and redeem HHonors® points for unique rewards at more than 2,800

Hampton Inn®, Hampton Inn & Suites®, Hilton Garden Inn®, Hilton Grand Vacations
Club®, Homewood Suites® by Hilton, Scandic and The Waldorf=Astoria CollectionTM
hotels worldwide. Just provide your HHonors account number when you make
reservations and at check-in. For additional programme information,
visit hiltonfamily.com.
Effective 1 January 2006, HHonors members can earn unlimited points per stay at
Homewood Suites by Hilton. For members staying five or more consecutive nights,
points can be posted to accounts mid-stay upon folio reconciliation so members
can take advantage of HHonors rewards before final check-out.
Base points for hotel stays
e Earn 10 Base points per eligible U.S. dollar charged to your room (or other
currency equivalent), including telephone and room service charges, for eligible
rate stays at all participating Hilton, Conrad, Coral by Hilton, Doubletree,
Embassy Suites Hotels, Hilton Garden Inn, Hilton Grand Vacations Club,
Scandic and The Waldorf=Astoria Collection hotels.
e Earn 10 Base points per U.S. dollar spent on room rate only for eligible rate stays
at Hampton Inn, Hampton Inn & Suites and Homewood Suites by Hilton hotels.
Eligible Rate stays: No point or stay credit, airline frequent flyer mileage credit
or credit toward tier status will be awarded for wholesale/tour operator packages,
contracted airline crew rates, travel industry rates (including but not limited to travel
agent discount rates), complimentary or barter rooms, stays on NET Group, Series
Group or IT Group rates, contracted Entertainment or Encore rates and stays using
airline percent-off award certificates. Stays that are booked via third party websites
other than the websites of Hilton HHonors airline partners are not Eligible Stays
irrespective of rate paid, for the purpose of earning points, miles or stay credit
toward VIP tier status. Stays booked via “opaque” channels where the brand is
unknown at the time of purchase are not Eligible Stays for the purpose of earning
points, miles or stay credit toward VIP tier status, or the receipt of VIP tier benefits
such as upgraded accommodations/amenities or access to health clubs. No point
or stay credit, airline frequent flyer mileage credit or credit toward tier status will
be awarded for “no show” situations in which a member has made, confirmed and
guaranteed reservations with a credit card but cannot, does not or fails to check in
to the hotel, irrespective of whether or not the member’s credit card is charged for
any portion of the reserved stay per the hotel’s “no show” policy.
Credit for up to two rooms per stay: You may earn Base point credit for up to
two rooms per stay, if all eligible charges for both rooms are paid on one folio.
Base point credit will be earned for all eligible folio charges incurred on both rooms.
Bonuses issued on Base points or total folio charges, including tier bonuses
(15%, 25% or 50%, depending on member tier) and double or triple Base point

promotions, will apply to the total Base point credit earned or folio charges incurred
for both rooms. For any other bonuses, including HHonors partner bonus points and
other promotional bonuses, bonus points will be awarded on one room only. You will

one mileage credit will be earned.

How to Redeem Points for HHonors Hotel Rewards
You can redeem your HHonors points online or via phone for any Standard hotel
or Point Stretcher® reward. Simply follow one of the options below.
Online:
1. Click on the Reservations link at hiltonfamily.com.
2. Begin your reward availability search by area, Hilton Family hotel brand, date
or Reward Code.
3. Upon completing your reward reservation, the points will automatically be
deducted from your account and you will receive both a reservation
confirmation number and reward confirmation ID, which must be presented
to the hotel at check-in.

1. Ring your local Hilton Reservations and Customer Care office and tell the
reservations agent that you will be using HHonors points to book your
reservation. Provide the agent with the Reward Code listed on the appropriate

2. Contact the customer service office nearest you by phone, e-mail or fax to
redeem your points for the reward. Please provide your HHonors® account
number and PIN when requesting a reward.
3. You will receive both a reservation confirmation number and reward confirmation
ID, which must be presented to the hotel at check-in.

Abbreviated Terms and Conditions
The Terms and Conditions in this guide are abbreviated. Members may receive full Terms and

General Membership
1. HHonors® membership and its benefits are offered at the sole discretion of Hilton HHonors
Worldwide, LLC, and all interpretations of Programme Terms and Conditions shall be at the sole
discretion of Hilton HHonors Worldwide, LLC. Hilton HHonors Worldwide, LLC, reserves the right to
add, delete or change any of the rules, conditions, benefits, Rewards, Reward levels and any other
aspect of the Programme at its sole discretion, with or without notice.
2. The HHonors programme is governed by the laws of the State of California, U.S.A., and
membership in and application for membership is void if prohibited by law in the country of the
member’s or applicant’s domicile. Hilton HHonors will not be able to offer members benefits and
rewards that are prohibited by law, or only permitted if cash is offered as an alternative, in the
member’s country of residence.
3. Hilton HHonors Worldwide, LLC, has the right to terminate the Programme by providing written
notice to members six months in advance. In such event, your right to accumulate points and claim
Rewards can be terminated at the end of that period.
4. Only individuals may enrol in HHonors and members cannot maintain membership in or earn points
on multiple accounts.
5. Hilton HHonors Worldwide, LLC, reserves the right to discontinue HHonors membership for any
member who appears to be using the Programme in a manner inconsistent with the Programme
Terms and Conditions. Hilton HHonors Worldwide, LLC, also has the right to discontinue
membership for any member who acts in a manner inconsistent with the law. Discontinued
membership may result in the loss of all accumulated points and the cancellation of HHonors
Certificates, benefits and privileges.
6. The sale or barter of HHonors points, Certificates, Rewards or other benefits is prohibited and
any such benefits deemed by Hilton HHonors Worldwide, LLC, to have been transferred, sold or
assigned may be confiscated or cancelled.
7. Members who do not earn points in any six consecutive month period may be removed from
the active membership mailing list. Members who do not earn points in any twelve consecutive
month period may be removed from membership in the Programme unless a member reactivates
under terms and conditions as may be established by Hilton HHonors Worldwide, LLC. Failure to
reactivate will result in the closure of the member’s account and the forfeiture of all accumulated
points.
8. Accrued points and Certificates do not constitute property of the member and are not transferable
in the event of death, divorce or otherwise by operation of law. Points and Certificates accrued by
Mutual Fund and Senior HHonors® members may be used by either spouse listed on the account.
9. Hilton HHonors Worldwide, LLC, is not responsible for changes or discontinuances of Partner
services, which may affect Programme Rewards, accrual of points or devaluation of Certificates.
10. HHonors points and Rewards may be subject to tax liability. Any tax liability, including disclosure to
taxing authorities, connected with the receipt or use of points or Rewards is the responsibility of
the member.
11. Employees of Hilton HHonors Worldwide, LLC, or of Hilton-related entities are ineligible to
participate in HHonors except under specific circumstances defined by Hilton HHonors Worldwide,
LLC, policy.
12. The Programme does not constitute a contract between Hilton HHonors Worldwide, LLC, and any
member.
13. HHonors Amenities: A number of services and benefits (“amenities”) are available to HHonors
members at the sole discretion of Hilton HHonors Worldwide, LLC, and the individual participating
hotel.
14. Hotels may reserve credit against a guest’s credit card for costs of services in addition to
applicable room rates. By using Zip-In Check-In® or Expedited Check-In, a member consents to such
reservation of credit by the hotel.
Accrual of Points
1. HHonors points for qualifying hotel stays can be earned only at participating Hilton Family hotels
which are subject to change at any time without notice. For a current list of participating hotels,
visit hiltonfamily.com, or contact the Hilton Reservations and Customer Care office nearest you.

2. To earn HHonors points for hotel stays, a member must be a registered paying guest at a
participating Hilton Family hotel. Members may also earn points for eligible charges to Hilton
HHonors® Platinum Credit Card from American Express®, the Hilton HHonors® Visa Signature
Card from Citibank®, the Hilton HHonors® Platinum Credit Card from (for UK residents), the Hilton
HHonors® Visa Card from Sumitomo Mitsui Card Co. Ltd. (for Japan residents), the Hilton HHonors
Credit Card (for residents of Germany), the Hilton HHonors Gold Card by American Express® and
Hilton HHonors Card by American Express (for residents of Finland), the Hilton HHonors Gold Card
by American Express® and Hilton HHonors Card by American Express (for residents of Sweden).

3. A “stay” is defined as the total number of consecutive nights spent at the same participating hotel,
whether or not a guest checks out and checks back in again.
4. Members may earn points as set forth in the HHonors Member Guide or at hiltonfamily.com.
Points awarded for stays at participating hotels outside the U.S. will be based on local currency
(excl. VAT) converted to U.S. dollars at a rate of exchange to be determined by Hilton HHonors.
Charges in connection with banquets or other catering functions are not eligible for point accrual.
Members cannot accrue more than 100,000 Base points during one stay, except at Homewood
Suites by Hilton hotels.
5. Base points are defined as the 10 points per dollar earned for eligible hotel charges, exclusive of
any promotional or other type of bonus points offer. Members will earn 10 HHonors Base points
for every eligible U.S. dollar (or other currency equivalent) charged to an individual member’s hotel
bill (“folio”) for qualifying stays at participating Hilton, Conrad, Coral by Hilton, Doubletree, Embassy
Suites Hotels, Hilton Garden Inn, Hilton Grand Vacations Club, Scandic and The Waldorf=Astoria
CollectionTM.* Members will earn 10 HHonors Base points for every eligible U.S. dollar (or other
currency equivalent) spent on room rate only for eligible rate stays at Hampton Inn, Hampton Inn &
Suites and Homewood Suites by Hilton hotels. “Double Base points” means you will receive bonus
points equal to the number of Base points earned during a stay, and “Triple Base points” means
you will earn bonus points equal to two times the number of Base points earned during a stay.
Bonus points earned on Base points do not count toward VIP tier qualification (ex. “Double Base
point” or “Triple Base point” promotions).
*Effective 1 September 2006, at Grand Wailea Resort & Spa.
6. Any points offered in conjunction with a specific hotel stay will be considered earned only when the
stay has been fully paid.
7. Members residing in countries where the employer’s permission is necessary to use for a private
purpose earnings accrued in the course of employment are responsible for obtaining such consent.
HHonors earnings are void where prohibited or restricted by local law.
HHonors Partner Bonus Points
1. Partner bonus points are awarded for car rentals with participating car partners in connection with
an eligible stay. Plus, certain car rental partners allow you to earn partner bonus points whenever
you rent, even if not in conjunction with a stay. Visit hiltonfamily.com for the list of partners
offering this benefit.
Airline Programme Mileage
1. HHonors members may receive frequent flyer mileage credit with participating airline partners
for stays at eligible rates. Visit hiltonfamily.com for full Terms and Conditions concerning airline
programme mileage credit.
HHonors Mutual Fund
Effective 1 April 2004, new HHonors Mutual Fund accounts are no longer available. HHonors members
who have a Mutual Fund account as of 31 March 2004 will continue to receive HHonors Mutual Fund
benefits.
1. HHonors Mutual Fund is available to legally married couples to enable them to combine point
earnings toward Rewards and/or to combine their stay/point earnings toward special promotion
qualifications or VIP qualification.
2. Either spouse acting alone may use any or all accumulated points to request a Reward for which
the account has sufficient points, and Hilton HHonors Worldwide, LLC, is not responsible for
disagreements or disputes between members regarding points accumulated in the Mutual Fund
account.
3. In the case of the death of a member, points in the Mutual Fund will go to the surviving spouse.
In the event of dissolution of marriage, 50% of the accumulated points will go to each member
provided that documentation acceptable to Hilton HHonors Worldwide, LLC, is presented.
Earning Tier Status
1. Members may earn tier status based upon the number of qualifying stays or nights during a rolling
12-month consecutive period. In addition, HHonors® Base points earned will count toward Gold or
Diamond VIP tier qualification. At Scandic hotels, only qualifying nights and HHonors Base point
earnings count toward VIP status. Bonus points earned on Base points do not count toward VIP tier
qualification (ex. “Double Base point” or “Triple Base point” promotions).
2. Once a member attains a tier level, it will remain in effect through April of the second calendar year
following the period in which the member qualified. Full details of Silver VIP, Gold VIP or Diamond
VIP membership will be mailed to the member upon attaining the applicable tier level.
3. Tier status can be earned only at participating Hilton Family hotels which are subject to change at
any time without notice. For a current list of participating hotels, visit hiltonfamily.com or ring the

Reward Redemption
1. A member must have sufficient points in his/her account to qualify to redeem a Reward. A member
may purchase a minimum of 10,000 points at a cost of US$.01 per point. If a member purchases
under 10,000 points in any one transaction, the cost is US$.0125 per point or US$12.50 per 1,000
points. Points may be purchased in 1,000-point increments. Members may purchase up to 40,000

2. Rewards are non-transferable once issued and will be void if transferred in violation of this rule.
Points cannot be purchased in conjunction with Instant Redemption.
3. Rewards will not be replaced, reissued or credited if lost, stolen or otherwise destroyed.

or for anything else of value. Rewards are not exchangeable once issued; however, they may be

9. Hilton HHonors Worldwide, LLC, reserves the right to substitute Rewards at any time without
notice with an equivalent Reward as determined at the sole discretion of Hilton HHonors

5. HHonors Rewards are not commissionable to travel agents.

that we be able to share with many others the information that you provide about yourself through your
application, through your stays in hotels or exchanges with travel partners, through surveys or forms
on our website, through sweepstakes or contest entries, through verbal, written or electronic requests
for information, and through various other means. For example, such information will be used to help
direct you to the programmes that you may find useful or otherwise of value, such as particular hotel,
airline, car rental, frequent stay, marketing, consumer products or other offers. Much of such information
and its use, sharing, publication and distribution is also inherent in modern electronic databases and
communications, including the Internet and beyond the control of Hilton HHonors Worldwide, LLC. By
enroling you consent to the transfer of your information to our administrative centres in the
United States and to other countries where our hotels are situated. Further, if you provide us
with sensitive personal data about you, for example health and dietary information, you consent
to our processing this information. You also consent that we may share your information with
our group companies, owners of participating hotels and selected third parties and they or we
may contact you for marketing purposes by post, fax, telephone or e-mail. By participating in the
HHonors Programme, you voluntarily, expressly and knowingly agree to each and all of the Terms and
Conditions of the HHonors Programme, including specifically the terms of the section of the membership
agreement with the same name (“YOUR AGREEMENT TO USE OUR INFORMATION ABOUT YOU”).
As an example, these terms provide that Hilton HHonors Worldwide, LLC, owns and has the right to
