Summer of Supernatural
The movie industry releases some of its best movies
or “Blockbusters” as they are called during the
summer. These movies push the envelope of special
effects and intrigue all with the purpose of propelling
us to some far away land or fantasy. I vividly
remember watching Star Wars, Superman, and the Rocky series over the
summer, gathering with my friends to flock to the mall and what fun we
had.
God is the master producer, promoter, and director and I believe that He
is calling believers to keep great expectations over the summer. When
we come together we should look forward to the supernatural
manifestation of His presence and power to be revealed. Jeremiah 33:3
said God’s will is to show us great and mighty things. Summer may mark
the closing of some things, but God’s power is always available and I
want to encourage you to elevate your faith to see God move and
transform this summer into a “Summer of Souls, a Summer of Surplus,
very simply put a Summer of the Supernatural.
Be Radiant.
