Description: The three Chamness farms are nearly level tracts of irrigated all
tillable farmland located just west of Modale, Iowa. The three surveyed farms
have a high percentage of tillable cropland with three center pivot irrigation
units. Two of the irrigation units are nearly new. The Chamness farms are
located in multiple county drainage districts providing outlet. 280th Street
provides access to all three auction farms. Auction signs are posted. A detailed

NRCS information is available upon request.
