How Do I Register? Refunds follow the standard Longs Peak Council Refund Policy. More than 30 days prior to the activity 100% less the nonrefundable amount; 14 to 30 days prior to the activity 50% less the non-refundable amount; less than 14 days prior to the activity—no refund. There are no refunds for no-shows. The non-refundable fee on all Weekend Activities is 25% of the cost. All Weekend activities will take place regardless of weather, unless the road to camp is closed. Please plan your clothing according to forecasted temperatures and conditions for Red Feather Lakes, CO. BSA Regulations require 1 adult per 4 Cub Scouts, with a minimum of 2 adults per group. Individual registrations require an accompanying adult. Tiger Adventure Days require 1 adult per family. If you have not used this in the past you will need to create a user ID and password before you can register. If you are already in the registration system, just login. Once you have logged in, select the weekend(s) you want to attend. Be sure to enter the number of youth and adults. If you do not enter any numbers you will not have a registration. We do not accept phone registrations. Saturday, April 30 and Saturday or Sunday, September 10 or 11 STEM day is open to all registered Wolves, Bears and Webelos (no other siblings) and includes a different module for the NOVA program each day. Each module will be held on different days so you may want to attend one or all days. Lunch will be provided and each Cub Scout will receive a patch. Cost for this event is $20 per Scout and 1 adult partner per day. Additional adults are $10 each per day. Check-in will begin at 9 am. Program will begin promptly at 10 am and will run until about 5 pm. Class size is limited to 60 Cub Scouts so get your registration in early!! If you want to attend both days in September you are welcome to camp on Saturday night. If you choose to stay you will need your own camping equipment and food for dinner on Saturday and breakfast on Sunday. We will provide lunch both days. You will also need to register for both days and select the overnight option so we know how many will be staying. We will post information on the modules being offered on our Facebook page. Activities include BB shooting, archery, wrist rockets and a variety of fun ames. Cost for this event s $20 per Scout and 1 adult partner. Additional adults are $10 each. Fee includes lunch and program. Footwear should accommodate a very active day. Please bring a water bottle, sunscreen and appropriate jacket/coat for the weather. Check-in begins at 9 a.m. Program begins at 10 a.m. Lunch will be served from 12 noon to 1 p.m. All programs will be completed by 4 p.m. September 24 or 25 This is an excellent opportunity to spend a day with your family or den, watching the fall colors changing. There will be staff available to lead hikes or you may take a hike on your own. Staffled hikes will depart at 10:00 am, 12:00 noon and 2:00 pm. These hikes will last approximately 2 hours. All hikes must depart no later than 2:00 pm. Please do not arrive after 2:00 pm. Check-in begins at 9 am and goes throughout the day until 2 pm. All participants need to bring a sack lunch. The patch and snacks are provided. All hikes will depart from the Jack Nicol Cub Camp Office at the Ben Delatour Scout Ranch. Please bring a water bottle and rain gear. This event is for the whole family, but keep in mind that trails are rugged and more difficult the younger the family member. The trails are not conducive to strollers so be prepared to carry small children. The cost for the day is $5 per person ages 4-100+. Children 3 and under are free! Be sure to check out at the Camp Office to get your patches. October 8 or 9 This opportunity is open to all newly registered Tiger Cubs and their adult partners. It is a funfilled day at Jack Nicol Cub Camp with activities that include Archery, BB guns, Wrist Rockets, Arts & Crafts, Disc Golf, Nature Hikes, and much more! This is a great way to welcome new Tigers to your Pack so don’t miss this opportunity! The cost is $15 per Tiger and 1 adult partner. Additional adults are $5 each. Lunch is provided and all participants will receive a patch at the end of the day! Be sure to check out at the Camp Office to get your patches. Check-in begins at 9 am, program begins at 10 am. Lunch will be served from 12 noon to 1 pm. All programs will be completed by 4 pm. (This event is for Tiger Cubs and their adult partner(s) only, no siblings!) October 21-23; and October 28-30 This is a family camping or den camping weekend. All activities take place on Saturday but families and dens are invited to camp Friday and/or Saturday night. You must provide your own camping equipment—the tents at Camp Nicol are not up in October. There are no fires allowed in Jack Nicol Cub Scout Camp so please do not plan to have a campfire. Activities begin on Saturday with check-in at 9 am, program starts at 10 am. Activities include Archery, Wrist Rockets, a hike to the old gravesite, crafts, pumpkin carving, disc golf, costume contest and the Haunted Castle! Activities are age appropriate for most age levels. Bring the entire family! Meals are provided on the following schedule: lunch and dinner on Saturday; if you check-in on Friday by 9 pm you will get breakfast on Saturday; if you stay Saturday night you will get breakfast on Sunday. All participants will receive a patch. Be sure to check out at the Camp Office to get your patches. The cost for Haunted Weekends is $30 per youth 4-17; $15 per adult 18 and older; children 3 and under are free.
