SMV Double Decoiler series H
SMV has an extensive range of Decoilers designed and engineered for a smooth efficient unreeling of coil material into the
press feed line or for rewinding after cut.
All Decoilers are constructed with a robust fabricated steel frame and can if necessary be moved
from one press line to another by fork lift truck.
Decoilers can be engineered with different levels of equipment to conform to customer requirements. From the simplest non-driven version to a fully equipped version where the Decoiler is
equipped with a gear wheel motor, frequency converter, loop control, hydraulic expansion and
pneumatic snubber roll with driven pressure roll.
Decoilers are available in single or double Decoiler, although a single unit can be re-engineered into a double Decoiler at any time. The Decoiler can also be provided with additional
equipment, such as rails for Decoiler and Straightener with motorised horizontal movement of
Decoiler and hydraulic coil carrier.
