Welcome. Hi, and welcome to Zumba
Vibez-uk monthly bulletin. We would
like to keep our students up to date with
everything ZUMBA!!!!
What’s New This Month. We have started
classes at a new venue (with a bar) at
Botwell School known as the St Claret
Catholic Social Club. Its a lovely venue,
big enough for larger crowds. It has a nice
party atmosphere. At present this is just
a cover venue for the summer but we are
looking to introduce a permanent class
there in September.
Classes. Due to the summer holidays
our classes have been changing. For the
rest of this month the class schedule is as
follows:

We will be back at Bishopshalt School on
Wednesday 7th September.
We have decided that we are going to
keep our double sessions on Mondays
at Hayes End Methodist Church - this
is easier for us as we don’t have to rush
between classes and start classes late.
This also means we can chat after class
to all you lovely people! Sorry to the
regulars that normal attend Bishopshalt
on Monday but remember we are there
every Wednesday during school term.

Events. We had a fantastic turn out at our
free class on Wednesday 27th July. Over 80
people attended old and new.

Details will be announced shortly about
our Zumba Event, a 30 minute master
class, a full hour zumba class and non
stop dancing afterwards. Tickets and full
details will be available soon.
The Abrook Arms - Family Fun Day.
Join us from 12 onwards on Sunday 28th
August - bouncy castle, kids entertainer
at 1pm, cake stall, tombola, raffle, 5 a
side inflatable bungee football, BBQ, nail
painting, AND much more.
We will be doing our demo at 3:40pm.
The Abrook Arms, 191 Harefield Road,
Uxbridge, Middlesex , UB8 1PW . Parking
available in the car park or any yellow line.
Live singer at 4.30 and karaoke in the bar
from 7pm. Kids welcome until 9pm.
Ladies Night 8th October. Anyone

We are still offering men half price!
Thankfully we have Jon who attends
most weeks. Thanks Jon!!!
Achievements. We would like to
congratulate Kirsty who has been with
us from the start. Kirsty was one of three
who attended our first ever Zumba class
at Flex and has stuck with us. After 4
months of zumba 3x a week and cutting
back on bread and pasta, she has lost 3st.
Congratulations Kirsty!!!

back in as a special just for you!!
