YOUR PERSONAL ANNUAL PASS CARD.

This contract limits our liability. Please take a moment to read it carefully. This annual pass e-ticket entitles the subscriber named on the annual pass card
to one full year of free admission to the Newport Aquarium during regular business hours. All privileges can be revoked at any time by the sole discretion of
Newport Aquarium management.
The annual pass subscriber grants the Newport Aquarium the right to use any film, video or photographs of said subscriber for any purpose whatsoever
without payment to subscriber.
ANNUAL PASS SUBSCRIPTIONS ARE NON REFUNDABLE, NON TRANSFERRABLE AND MAY NOT BE EXCHANGED. The annual pass subscriber is entitled
to use the facilities as contained within the Newport Aquarium only during regular operating hours. Annual pass subscriptions expire one year from
purchase date.
Management assumes no responsibility for accidents or loss to any person resulting from or in any way connected with the condition or use of the premises
covered by this license, or by any means of ingress thereto or egress therefrom.

The Newport Aquarium is not responsible for unauthorized duplication or lost or stolen annual pass e-tickets. Unauthorized resale of this annual pass
e-ticket is prohibited.
