Dear Clear Creek Alumnus:
August 3 & 4 are the dates to circle on your calendar for the 2015 Clear Creek Alumni Homecoming. The
theme for this year’s conference is “The Sun Never Sets On Clear Creek”. Our guest speaker for this year’s event
is 1996 Alumnus Alan Dodson. Bro. Alan is the Southeast Regional Consultant for the Kentucky Baptist Convention. Our praise and worship leader for the conference is Brother Doyle Harper, Class of 1996 and Senior Pastor
of Restoration Baptist Church in Jacksonville, Florida.
Registration will take place in the President’s Conference Room. For those of you who will be traveling
early, the registration area will open at 8:00 a.m. on Monday morning and will be open throughout the day. The
first session of the conference will begin with dinner at Kelly Hall at 5:00 p.m. followed by services in the chapel
beginning at 6:30 p.m. and, as always, there is no charge for the conference or meals. Guest housing at Kelly
Hall fills up quickly but there are plenty of other lodging options in the area. A flyer is enclosed that contains: a
schedule of events, a directory of area hotels/motels, and other information to help you in making your plans.
For those who participate in the Alumni Homecoming Golf Scramble, please see the enclosed registration
form for important information regarding this year’s event and registration deadline.
Another great Fellowship Time has been planned and will be held in the Kelly Hall dining room immediately following the Monday evening session. You will be able to “build your own ice cream sundae”, enjoy some
refreshments and, most of all, spend some time visiting with your alumni brothers and sisters.
Childcare will be available at no charge for your children at the Child Development Center for ages 6
weeks through pre-k. For children ages kindergarten through grade 12, the Family Life Center will be available
for swimming, skating, game room, and gym for your children to enjoy. Please tell your children not to forget their
swimsuits and towels if they intend to use the pool, and socks for skating.
The Alumni Homecoming is always a big event in the life of Clear Creek Baptist Bible College. Everyone
on campus is excited about greeting and meeting our alumni. We pray that you will make plans to come and join
us and renew the excitement of being back at “The Creek”!

Join President Fox and your fellow alumni in our 6th Annual Alumni Fox 5K Run/Walk. Enjoy the
beautiful campus and surrounding area of Clear Creek on Tuesday, August 4 at 6:30 AM of the
Alumni Homecoming. All trails will be clearly marked and volunteers will be on hand for directions and assistance if needed. The registration fee of $15.00 will raise funds for the Alumni Association Foundation used to fund the Alumni Conference and to provide student scholarships.

Child care will begin 30 minutes before each session. All children should
be picked up immediately following the end of each session.
