Members First Visa Check Card or Credit Card! Pick the image you want! You
could choose your pet, family photo, or a beautiful vacation spot. Maybe you
want an extra security feature? If so, put a small image of yourself, so retailers
can identify you! If you don't have a favorite photo, you can pick one from our
library stock, taken by our very own employees! If you’re ready to get started,

Your image will be saved for 1 year only. The $5.00 applies to each card ordered. Any photo used cannot have a copyright or be explicit material. If photo is of questionable nature, CreataCard

Dormant Account Notices
It is the policy of Members First Credit Union to review and update our account records periodically.
Our records show that we are holding unclaimed funds that belong to some of our members. When
an account has no activity for three years, and contact has not been made with the member within
the past year, it is considered to be a dormant account. Under Texas state law, we are required to
deliver these funds to the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts, on or before July 1, 2015 if the funds
are not claimed. If you have failed to make contact with Members First about your dormant
account(s) before July 1, 2015, they have been closed and turned over to the state of Texas. If you
