FibroPaint Air is MDF with an excellent millable core. The board has high quality paint
grade film on both sides, so that you can paint, spray or lacquer it without pre-treatment
using solvent or water-based paint. FibroPaint Air is also available in a moisture resistant
panel, HydroPaint Air.

FibroStructure is MDF with an excellent millable core. The board has high quality paint
grade film on both sides, so that you can paint, spray or lacquer it without pre-treatment
with solvent or water-based paint. The upper side of FibroStructure is characterised
by a deep wood grain texture which, after finishing, can hardly be distinguished from
painted veneer or solid wood.

Applications
Thanks to their strong technical characteristics and ease of use, the versatile FibroPaint Air boards are
suitable for many applications in the furniture industry, shop interiors and interior design. These boards
have an easy-finish surface for kitchens, walk-in wardrobes and bathrooms as well as sliding doors and
partition walls. This board is also often used in shop and office furnishings.
Thanks to its strong technical qualities and ease of use, FibroStructure is particularly well suited to furniture
design and furnishings for shops and interiors (kitchens, walk-in wardrobes, bathrooms, sliding doors,
partition walls etc.).
HydroPaint Air demonstrates minimal expansion and swelling under the influence of high atmospheric
humidity, which makes it suitable for general, non-load bearing use in damp spaces such as kitchens and/
or bathrooms.
FibroStructure is a budget-friendly board that looks and feels natural. The many different finishing options
allow you to give a personal touch to the final result.

Edging finish: homogenous MDF without melamine layer on edges which requires finishing with primer, sanding between layers and several layers of paint

Surface pretreatment is optional (dedusting, cleaning, sanding)
To be applied using a roller, a brush or a spray gun in accordance with the instructions of the lacquer or paint supplier (number of coats in consideration of the desired end result)
We would advise you to run the necessary tests on your lacquering line or to contact your lacquer or paint supplier before starting up production.
