Here’s How to Get Your Rebate!
1. Include proof-of-purchase which must be dated by December 31, 2014.
2. Proof-of-purchase must reflect cost, product sku,
case quantity purchased and distributor name.
3. Offer request must be postmarked no later than January 31, 2015 and meet minimum purchase requirements.
4. This offer is solely from the manufacturer to end users.
DO NOT deduct rebate from your invoice.
5. Must meet minimum initial purchase of 1 case of refills and 2 gadgets to qualify.
6. Upon receipt, RB will mail your rebate directly to you. Allow 6-8 weeks for delivery.
