Sunset Summer Escape is a 7 hour daycamp operating from 9:00am-4:00pm
Join us for an exciting summer adventure. Your children will be lead by our
trained and experienced leaders to local pools, beaches, parks and fun field
trips. T-shirts will be provided to each camper
Children will participate in fun learning activities such as sports & games,
crafts, science experiments and interactive reading and writing challenges.
Field trips are age appropriate with an emphasis on the Urban Outdoors
this year.
Please bring backpack with lunch, morning & afternoon snacks, water bottle, sunglasses and
sunscreen (minimum SPF 15).

Meet your Daycamp Project Manager
Hi everyone, my name is Karveena Bains and this is my sixth year at Sunset Summer
Escape. I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Minor in Counselling and will
be pursuing a second degree in Education starting September at Simon Fraser University.
My mission is to inspire, support, and motivate children and youth in a learning environment
through cultural, artistic, physical and mental activities. I look forward to an amazing summer!
WAIVER & ACTIVITY CONSENT
Parent/guardian must complete and submit the
Waiver and Activity Consent forms for child to be
considered registered for Summer Escape Daycamp.

5 years old if completed kindergarten
13 years old if a graduating grade 7
REFUND INFORMATION
Summer Escape Daycamps are only
refunded with 7 DAYS’ NOTICE prior to
the start of the registered camp.
BEFORE & AFTER CARE
DESIGNATED ADULT (Pick up & Drop Off)
If your child is being picked up please provide the name
and contact information of the designated adult.
If an adult other than the designated adult will be picking
up your child please call the daycamp and provide the
adult’s name and an identifying code word.
Adult will be asked to provide code word before child is
released to their care.
$30/week for Before and After Care
$15/week for Before or After Care
Times: 8:00-9:00am and/or 4:00-5:00pm
LATE PICK UP FEE
If you are late to up your child the
following fees are applied:
$10.00 for the first 15minutes
$1.00 for each minute thereafter
