Ernst & Young • Dunn & Associates An afternoon devoted to novice riders and the opportunity for newcomers,
regional club members, lopers and barn help, spouses and anyone else who’s
been hankering to try out the sport of cutting, to compete in a fun, shoot-out
show atmosphere, complete with prizes and excellent help. Three classes: 2000 Limit Rider (NCHA approved) and a 1,200 Limit Rider
and a 500 Limit Rider (both non-NCHA approved). The top three of each class
advance to a Shoot-Out Finals and compete for a saddle!
Riders in the Novice Challenge do not need to own the horses they show, and
qualifying is based on NCHA earnings.
