Since 2005 in the course of our co-operation
with Gazprom, OJSC, (Gazprom bureniye, LLC;
Podzemburgaz, LLC) we’ve been carrying out the
following projects:
● six Halliburton’s telemetry systems (USA);
● eight ACF500-11DH105/TATRA cementing
units manufactured by UPETROM-1 MAI
(Romania).
● The supply of 12 fixed drilling rigs
manufactured by UPETROM-1 MAI S.A.
(Romania) with the maximum load carrying
capacities from 200t to 400 t.
● The supply of three HR-5000 train drilling rigs
manufactured by Bentec GmbH (Germany) with
the maximum load carrying capacity of 320t.
Also during our co-operation with Gazprom,
OJSC, from 2007 to 2010 we were supplying
high-technology equipment for various
purposes:
● five Canrig 8050АС-712 top drive systems
(USA);
● six blowout preventers ОПС 10-350/80х70 К3
manufactured by National Oilwell Varco (USA);
● ten purification systems manufactured by
Derrick Corporation;
We supplied the national joint-stock company
"Naftogas of Ukraine" with two mobile drilling
rigs with the maximum load carrying capacities
of 125t and 225t manufactured by RG PETROMACHINERY (GROUP) CO. LTD (China).
As part of our co-operation with the republican
unitary enterprise "Production Association
"Belorusneft" in 2010-2011 we supplied the fixed
drilling rig manufactured by Bentec GmbH (Germany)
with the maximum load carrying capacity of 450t.
Now its installation is almost complete. The
expected time of commissioning – December 20.

Service King Manufacturing, Inc. (SK) is the major
manufacturer of mobile drilling rigs in USA. The
company comprises seven plants where they
produce all components of their equipment (brake
drums, masts, hoists, carrier parts), as well as this is
the hugest US drilling rig maintenance and repair
base. SK is the privately owned company. The
company is operated by people with so many years
of experience in the rig production that they sum up
to hundreds.

The company offers both standard base drilling rig
cases and full cases which include pumping units,
circulating systems, blowout preventers, tools,
power-supply systems, lighting systems, etc.
Producing capacity of SK plants ensures the
production of full case drilling rig every 24 hours.
Detroit engines and Allison transmissions are used
in the standard cases. The mounting of Caterpillar
engines and other alterations are possible if needed.
SK drilling rig units can be easily adjusted to the
various operating conditions. They allow of
mounting and dismounting the equipment quickly.
The plant and the official representative provide
contract supervision and starting-up, and
adjustment as well as personnel training, warranty
and post-warranty services.
All SK rigs are compliant with the oil and gas
industry standards or exceed them. The base cases

SK produces substructures which are easily transported, as well as provides with operating platforms
of various elevated work floors for both drilling and workover operations. With load capacities up to
300 tons and clear heights ranging from 24' to 4', this large family of substructures meets almost any
requirement.
One Piece, Fixed Height
These SK substructures provide a simple work floor up to 12ft high, and are easily transported in a
minimum number of loads.
Box-On-Box
These solutions provide more height for larger wellheads and blowout preventers. The box-on-box
design allows for easier handling of substructures and lower overall transportation height.

Features and advantages
● The length of 150iH is 4.12m coupled with the block hook and elevator bails — from top of block to
bottom of grabber — that makes it the world most compact drive.
● 150iH Top Drive is designed in a way permitting extremely fast rig-up on double rigs and extended
single rigs.
● The possibility of field conversion. Because most Top Drive conversions take place in the field,
150iH is designed to make field conversion safe, fast, and as simple as possible.
● Mast Modification-free. 150iH uses a torque tube that connects at the crown and is suspended
from it, transferring the torque load to the derrick base. When 150iH Top Drive is being installed, the
mast can remain unchanged.
● Hydraulic Power. 150iH is available with an independent power system installed on its own skid.
This feature allows for increased rig capacity, and improved flexibility, without taxing existing rig
hydraulic power systems. 150iH's power system is fully engineered for reliability anywhere, from the
high Arctic to Southern deserts environments. Its hydraulic power system can be driven electrically or
diesel powered. Upon request, 150iH can be integrated into the draw works drive, saving the cost of
the skid-mounted power unit. Our engineers consider the specific needs of the clients. If needed, it is
possible to modify 150iH, and upgrade the drive configuration.
● Enhanced performance. The 150iH provides topnotch drilling performance comparing to kelly
spinners and enhances rig efficiency. Besides it weighs less, is smaller, and more money-saving than
the drives manufactured by other producers.
● 150iH's electric control system installs easily, right at the driller's console, and meets every code
requirement. Controls can be custom-configured, either as stand-alone or as part of the driller's
console.
● Block Configurations. The IntegraLine 150iH Top Drive comes equipped with various designs of
running block. For rigs that support them, we recommend the split block configuration. This allows
ready access to the gooseneck for wire line and down-hole instrumentation. For retrofit to older rigs,
there is a possibility to supply a straight or cross running block.

Pielkenrood separation and treatment technologies are generally acknowledged, and are applied
successfully for all stages of oil-gas-water separation, particularly in oil production (water treatment
for well reinjection, casing head gas and oil treatment for long-distance pipelines, etc.) and
refineries. Also these technologies are commonly used for plant wastewater treatment with

Enhanced dissolved air/Gas Flotation (daF/dGF)
Dissolved Air Flotation/Dissolved Gas Flotation (DAF/DGF) is a separation technique whereby the
adherence of micro gas (air) bubbles to suspended pollutants in a carrier liquid is used to enhance
separation efficiency. DAF/DGF is applied when the density of the suspended pollutants is close to
that of the carrier liquid so that gravity separation becomes impractical if not impossible.
Pielkenrood Engineering DAF/DGF units are designed to result in efficient flotation of suspended and
slowly setting pollutants. The shape of the unit together with the location of the feed and discharge
connections are important factors.

Pielkenrood Group BV
The history of Dutch Pielkenrood Group BV is
closely related to “Pielkenrood-Vinitex” and
goes back to the 19th century. This is the
privately owned company of the Pielkenrood
family, who is a pioneer in environmental
engineering field, and its founder is Jacob
Pielkenrood who invented the world famous
CPI/TPI oil-water separator.
In 1970s the Pielkenrood-Vinitex staff together
with ex-Shell engineers founded an engineering
company “IPG Industrial Projects BV” which
shortly became a leading water treatment

IPI oil-water separator and sequencing batch
reactor controlled by redox potential
(discontinuous aerobic biological water
treatment).
For 40 years Pielkenrood Group BV has been
researching much, as well as carrying out many

The average feed density, after supersaturation and after the introduction of micro bubbles, is
considerably lower than the density of the treated water leaving the unit. The low density feed
entering the unit quickly spreads in a horizontal direction over the surface water layer.
Along its flow path through the unit the water is depleted of micro bubbles and so its density gradually
increases. This phenomenon causes a stable layering or stratification effect to occur (in other words
— stratification effect).

A logical consequence is that the feed must be introduced into the unit at a high level, while the treated
water should be discharged at a low level. In this way short circuiting and turbulence are prevented and
a limited residence time is achieved. Also detachment of weakly adhering micro bubbles is greatly
reduced and no micro bubbles will penetrate the lower water levels. Therefore installation of plate
packs in a properly designed DAF/DGF unit is not necessary.
Depending on the nature and quantity of the feed, Pielkenrood Engineering also uses absorption
columns for the dissolving of gas or air. The efficiency of all Pielkenrood Engineering DAF/DGF
systems guarantees a minimum recirculation flow rate.
tpi
TPI is a modified plate pack (the Tilted Plate Interceptor). The guide chutes are replaced by strips,
solving the problem of clogged plate packs and increasing efficiency with 30%.
The increase in efficiency can be explained because the chutes cause turbulence in the water flowing
between the plates. The strips in the TPI facilitate a laminar flow between the plates, thereby
enhancing the plate pack’s efficiency. This design is patented by Pielkenrood-Vinitex.

daF/dGF systems are used in, for instance:

The rapidly developing offshore oil and gas activities generated demand for smaller separators. On
drilling rigs and platforms space is very limited and weight must be saved to the maximum
possible extent.
The traditional CPI and TPI separators have a relatively small plate surface per m3 of separator
basin volume and per m2 of separator basin area. The necessary arises to maximise the plate
surface compared to the separator basin’s dimensions. This was achieved by developing the Cross
Flow Separator (CFI).
The CFI Advantages:

● the CFI is considerably lighter and smaller than a comparable CPI or TPI;
● the CFI can be designed and built in any dimension and shape (as required by the desired basin
configuration) as long as the total effective separator plate area meets the separation criteria;
● CFI separators don’t need a deep basin, as the inlet and outlet are not located at the top or
bottom, but at the side;
● CFI separators separate oil as well as heavier particles simultaneously from the effluent.
ipi
IPI separator is the Inclined Plate Interceptor. It combines the advantages of the counter current CPI/
TPI and the compact CFI into one system. Although being a counter current separator, the IPI doesn’t
make use of traditional plate packs and therefore the design of the separator basin is free. With the
introduction of the IPI the disadvantage of the CFI, namely the limitations to flow velocity, are
overcome. The IPI separator is an attractive alternative for the CPI/TPI
design, in case counter current, linear flow separators are required.
Cpi Oil-Water separators
Where the PPI separator uses parallel horizontally positioned metal plates installed in a chevron
configuration, the CPI separator uses plates that are arranged in a plate pack which is installed at an
angle of 45°. Another main difference is the use of corrugated plates. The separated oil droplets will
collect in the tops of the corrugations, while solids would deposit in the troughs. Separated solids
will slide down and separated oil drops will adhere to the invert side of the plates and gently move
upwards due to its lesser density than water.
Steel plates quickly corrode so in the CPI the plates are plastic, made of GRP.
The use of corrugated plates also contributes to the rigidity of the plates. At the bottom and top the
plate packs are fitted with chutes to guide the separated oil and sludge out of the pack.

The CLINCHER DRILLMASTER DM8625 make-up and break-out tool for drill pipe and drill collar
connections. Can easily be adjusted to small drill pipe tong diameter. Hydraulic cylinders rotate the joint
up to 30 degrees while producing torques up to 40,000 ft.-lb. CLINCHER HRT-20 hydraulic drill motor rotor

torque turn management system. The simple, elegant design of the SL-4500 has significantly reduced
assembly costs, resulting in a more economical product and reduced maintenance costs.
The economical design of the FARR SL-4500’s
patent pending backup has eliminated almost
all moving parts. The backup features one
fixed jaw, and one active jaw, which is
engaged using a single cylinder.
The uniquely designed SL-4500 tong
incorporates a patent pending roller system
that supports both the rotary gear and the
cage plates. This feature significantly
reduces the overall dimensions of the tong
