Innovationparc Packaging is a unique trade name of Interpack and the show’s own forum for
special themes of the future.
Visitors and exhibitors meet here for an exchange of creative ideas and the development of
visionary ideas on basic social, economic and ecological themes.
In 2014 the Innovationparc Packaging will be dedicated to the SAVE FOOD theme. With the aid of
renowned experts, the aim is to develop sustainable packaging concepts which will explicitly
reduce food loss around the world. Every year virtually 1/3 of all food is lost. Worldwide this
means 1.3 billion tons rendered unusable because of inappropriate storage, poor transport
conditions and under-developed conservation and packaging-methods.

Economy class Group Air fare has been utilized as on 12 November 2013. However, if there is any increase in the airfare,
air taxes, YQ tax, etc. at the time of issuance, same will be charged extra and will have to be paid to Inorbit directly.
Tour will be operated subject to having a minimum of 25 full paid passengers from each hub.
Flights/Hotels/Itinerary is subject to change without prior notice due to any unforeseen circumstances or natural calamities.
Visa charge is calculated as per current rate. Any increase at the time of issuance of visa will be to your account.
No refund is permissible on partly used air tickets or ground arrangements or services.
The current rate of exchange (ROE) 1 EUR = Rs. 87.00 & the airfare & taxes are as 12 November 2013 & is subject to change.
Any increase in the rate of exchange can lead to an increase in the cost of surface transportation and other land
arrangements which can come into effect prior to departure, the difference will have to be paid by the passenger directly to
INORBIT.
Government of India Service Tax of 3.09% is applicable on the above package cost on both INR and EUR payments.
The International Hotel Check-in time is 1500 hrs & check-out time 1200 hrs
Booking will be processed only on receipt of the non-refundable registration amount of Rs.40,000/=

INORBIT is not responsible for any cancellation of the Trade Fairs or change in the venue or dates of the exhibition profile
Incase of any last minute registrations received for a single person or non-availability of finding a twin partner for a single
