Assembly Steps:
1. For the left side, first
locate the five velcro
straps; one on the side
bag (labeled in picture as
L1), four on the middle
bag (labeled in picture as
M1, M2, M3, M4)
Notes:
• Direction is indicated
when sitting on ATV
facing towards the front.
• Blue masking tape is used
to identify straps for
assembly and installation.
The bag will not come
with labeled straps.

2. Attach the side
bag velcro strap
thru the loop
on the middle
bag as shown
in the picture
(labeled L1)

3. Attach the middle
bag velcro straps
that are located
underneath the
backrest pad
(labeled M1, M2 in
the picture) thru the
loops on the side
bag.

bag velcro straps
that are located on
backside of bag
(labeled M3, M4 in
picture) thru the
loops on the side
bag.

5. Repeat the
same steps for
the right side
of the bag.
Once
assembled,
the bag will
then look as
shown in
picture.

Installation steps:
1. Locate the buckle straps on the underside of bag (labeled as L1, L2, L3,
L4, M1, M2, M3, M4, M5, M6, M7, R1, R2, R3, R4 in picture). These
straps can be used to secure bag to vehicle rack.

2. Place bag on rear rack as
shown in the picture to
the right.

3. Feed the left side bag
strap thru the rack grab
bar and buckle as shown
in picture to the left.
Slight adjustments of the
straps will be needed.

rear bag straps thru the
rack grab bar and buckle
as shown in the picture
below.

rear bag straps thru the
rack grab bar and buckle
as shown in the picture

straps that are under the
seat pad thru the rack
grab bar and buckle as
shown in picture to the
right. Slight adjustments
of the straps will be
needed.

strap thru the rack grab
bar and buckle as shown
in the left.

10. The Matrix Seat Bag
should now be secured
to the vehicle rear rack
with ten buckle straps.
Slight strap adjustments
will be needed to tighten
bag fit to vehicle.
