Choose your bridal cake design and grooms cake design (you will want your full head count on your brides cake and half as much for your
groom’s cake) People love wedding cake so you won’t want to cheat on your servings. The grooms cake may be added to the bridal cake.
Just select which cake you want and for how many servings you need.
Call or email the bakery to make sure your date is available. (insert contact page link)
Email your information on the contract sent to you by our staff and return it with a credit card deposit to hold your date.
(You may also mail or bring a check or cash to the bakery if you don’t want to use a credit card…we can hold the date with your credit card
but dates are not saved without deposits. Deposits are non-refundable.)
No changes may be made to any of the designs however you may choose additional upgrades. Save 10% when you pay for your entire contract
the time of your booking.
Notes about the Sweet Ideas Package
1. To choose your flavor, simply call the bakery and let us know which cake flavors you want to try and we will put together a cake sampler for
you to stop by and pick up. Each client may choose up to four flavors including fillings. Flavors may include the following:

Grooms cakes will be made according to servings needed. On two tier cakes, the top layer may be a fake layer depending on servings needed.
Square shapes will be adjusted according to servings needed and at the discretion of Bavarian Cakery. Prices do not include tax or delivery.

1. In order to provide the highest quality product and service to our customers we limit the number of cake orders on any given date. It is not uncommon to decline orders due to a full
schedule. Therefore we require the $100.00 Booking Deposit which is a non-refundable deposit to hold your wedding date on our calendar. As you will notice, the deposit has been
deducted from the Balance Due line.
2. THE BALANCE DUE MUST BE PAID, IN FULL, AT LEAST 14 DAYS PRIOR TO THE FUNCTION.
3. We reserve the right to cancel any order that is not paid within these terms.
4. We take great care in transporting and setting up function cakes and we photograph each cake after it is set up at the function site. Once we have left the site we can no longer
insure the safety of the cake. Consequently, Bavarian Cakery will not be responsible, and will not consider any request for refund, for damage that might occur to a cake after we leave
the delivery site.
5. Since our customers have, in most cases, tasted our products and have given their approval of same, Bavarian Cakery will not consider any request for refund for trite reasons.
Rental Deposits:
We require a deposit on Lucite Stands, fountains, pillars, plates, and some other set-up items that are rented from us. This deposit is in the form of a check, which we will hold until the
items are returned to us in good condition. These items must be returned not later than the Thursday following the function. All plates must be returned clean. The deposit will be
forfeited if items are not returned on time.
Changes:
You are responsible to notify us, in writing, of any changes in your function plans. There will be a $50.00 charge for any design changes made within the 14 day period prior to the
function date.
Flowers:
We are not florists, however, we often work with florists to co-ordinate floral decorations on, or about your cake. The ultimate responsibility for flowers lies with your florist and we will not
be held liable for floral related problems.
