Service & Warranty Information
Our commitment to excellent, quick,
low-cost service is our highest priority.
Toll-free phone lines are available directly to our factory service technicians 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
If service is ever required on your scoreboard, a service technician will determine which modular part(s) of the
scoreboard need to be returned to the factory for repair. The operator’s keyboard and electronic module(s) inside
the scoreboard are the only working parts of the scoreboard. Removal and return of these
parts requires no special
tools or any technical
knowledge. Parts sent to the
factory are given 24-hour
service when requested
and returned immediately to
the user. Sportable permanent
scoreboards have interchangeable
keyboards and electronic modules. That
means if your football scoreboard’s electronic
module should ever fail, a phone call to our factory will allow you to install your baseball scoreboard’s electronic
module in it and be back in operation the same day.

5-Year Limited Warranty Overview
Sportable Scoreboards are warranted for a period of five (5) years from the date of invoice against defects in materials
and workmanship. First year service includes cost of labor and parts when returned prepaid to Sportable Scoreboards Inc.
Remaining four years covers parts only when returned insured, prepaid to Sportable Scoreboards Inc. Shipping back to the
Buyer will be surface postage prepaid, except if air or special method of return is specified, then shipping will be freight
collect. No charges for time and materials used by others in making repairs or corrections will be paid by the manufacturer.
Batteries and fuses are excluded from this warranty. Warranty shall be void if any alteration or service is performed without
the manufacturer’s authorization; or if the equipment has been connected to incorrect power, is damaged by electrical
fluctuations or is improperly grounded or improperly installed. Equipment which is subjected to accident, neglect, abuse,
misuse, shipping damage, installation damage or other natural disasters, including but not limited to: fire, wind, lightning,
flood is not covered by this warranty.
The manufacturer neither makes nor authorizes any agent or representative to make any other warranty of fitness, or of
merchantability, guarantee, or representation, express or implied concerning its products. Critical and unforeseen factors,
beyond the control of the manufacturer, prevent it from eliminating all risks in connection with the use of the products. Such
risks occur even though the products are reasonably fit for their intended use. The Buyer and user acknowledge and assume
all risks and liability resulting from the handling, storage and use of these products, including all consequential damages
resulting therefrom, except those expressly stated hereon.

Shipments
All publicly-funded institutions that issue a signed
purchase order will be invoiced with net 30 day payment
terms. All other orders will be accepted only if payment
is received with your order. VISA, MASTERCARD,
AMERICAN EXPRESS and checks accepted for your
convenience. Checks need to be made payable to:

We will ship FedEx or motor freight (Yellow, Roadway,
etc.) depending on the scoreboard size, weight and
destination. Freight charges will be prepaid and added
to invoice for institutional customers. Larger permanent
scoreboard orders need to be shipped to a location
suitable for a tractor trailer. Inside or residential delivery
of freight will require additional charges. Outside the
contiguous 48 states—call or fax for freight quotes.
(Please allow 4-6 weeks for scoreboard delivery after
ordering).
All pricing is for equipment only, installation is priced
separately. No retainages permitted. Prices and
specifications subject to change without notice. Prices
do not include state, local or other taxes. If tax exempt,
please include entire tax exempt certificate form with
your order.
• A restocking charge of 25% may be assessed
on any returns of standard in-stock items.
• Custom scoreboards and accessories cannot be returned.

Damages/Claims
Be sure to inspect your merchandise. All shipments
must be inspected at time of delivery for shortages and
damages. Notations of any shortage or damage to the
merchandise or packing must be made on the delivery
receipt before signing. Concealed damage not visible at
time of delivery must be reported to carrier within 5 days
after delivery. All claims for damage or shortage must be
filed within 30 days directly with carrier that made the
delivery.
