Calabogie Lodge Resort is a vacation
ownership property and a proud member of RCI, a

In 1974, RCI pioneered the concept of owning

How Vacation Ownership Works
Resort owners sell vacation ownership
packages in one-week intervals or as blocks of points
that can be used to reserve resort accommodations.
Members share in the benefits of a resort and
through an annual maintenance fee, contribute to the
upkeep of the facility.
Why Own a Vacation?
With vacation ownership, consumers have
the opportunity to purchase condominium-style
accommodations at quality resorts in popular domestic and
international destinations. Millions of owners have found
spacious floor plans and home-like amenities very attractive
when compared with traditional hospitality products.
Resort amenities often rival those of top-rated resort
properties and may include children’s activities, swimming
pools, tennis, Jacuzzi, golf and bicycles as well as spa and

Purchasing a Vacation Ownership
When purchasing a vacation, ownership buyers select
the period of the year they would like to vacation and
the type of accommodation they would typically like to
use. The initial purchase price is paid in full at the time of
purchase and maintenance fees are invoiced annually.

exchange system that gives you the flexibility to plan
