the Urban Land Institute, his skills are diverse and versatile.
Harry holds a graduate degree in economics from Clemson
University and is a graduate of Harvard University’s Small
Company Executive Management Program.
As the managing partner, Craig oversees the overall practice,
management and day-to-day operations of East West Partners
and each of its development projects. With over 25 years of
experience in a variety of industries, he is uniquely qualified to

Craig received a BS in business from the University of Colorado and
a MBA from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School. Craig

With nearly 40 years of real estate experience, Mark has been
involved in numerous developments in the Colorado mountains
and Downtown Denver, including the current redevelopment of
Denver Union Station. He earned his undergraduate degree in
real estate from Florida International University and a master’s
degree in management from Nova University. Mark has been
active in a significant number of nonprofits as a founder and
board member.
Currently managing the Vail Valley and Summit County sales team
of more than 125 brokers and close to $1 billion in sales per
year, Jim’s 45-plus years of real estate sales and management
experience are an unmatched asset for all sales efforts related
to the success of East West Partners. Jim is a graduate of
Miami University in Oxford, Ohio where he earned a degree
in management and marketing. After graduating in 1967, Jim
completed the Navy Aviation Officer program and was a Navy
pilot for four years.

University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in both Colorado
and Indiana.
Chuck has extensive experience in varied real estate markets across
the country. An expert in gauging the viability of a project, aided
by his time as a Certified Public Accountant, Chuck has a 30-year
proven track record of success in both project valuation and project
management. Chuck holds a business degree from the University of
Washington and is a graduate of Harvard University’s Advanced
Development Management Program in Real Estate.

Chris’s nearly15-year success record in real estate finance, sales
and marketing, and project management includes the sale of

management of the company’s Denver operations. Chris holds a
BA in English from Davidson College and a master’s of real estate
development from Columbia University.
Jim has 25 years of real estate experience, working around the
world developing and marketing resorts, office and commercial
properties. Prior to joining East West Partners, he worked with
Walt Disney real estate on projects in Europe, Latin America and
around the United States. Jim holds a MBA from the University
of Chicago and an undergraduate degree in economics from
Brigham Young University.
