GETTYSBURG GARDEN ROMANCE | BEECH SPRINGS FARM WEDDING SHOOT

Let’s just talk for a minute about this BEECH SPRINGS FARM wedding shoot. Not only did we end up with models that
had the best attitude, but the gardens were in bloom, the light unbelievably beautiful and an evening to remember!
I embarked on this adventure of setting up my first wedding styled shoot towards the end of March after meeting
Nichole (with PRETTY POSIES BY NICHOLE) at a bridal show. I was so impressed with her PLUM AND KALE COUNTRY
BOUQUET that I knew I had to work with her again! Let me tell you, she did not disappoint! When we were
brainstorming in April about what we could incorporate into a styled shoot, she mentioned the idea of a headpiece
(with the disclaimer that she had never really done one before). I loved the idea and when she showed up with the
most GORGEOUS of headpieces I would have NEVER known this was one of her firsts!
From the start Nichole knew that Beech Springs Farm in Orrtanna, PA would be the perfect backdrop for this time of

year. Their gardens were absolutely stunning and provided the perfect and relaxed atmosphere for a wedding shoot
without any noise pollution. Cue a stunning dress and hair and makeup from the gods and we had one perfect styled
shoot! Molly raves about the girls at GETTYSBURG DAY SPA and how they made her feel like a princess! Her hairstyle
flowed perfectly into the lace neckline of the dress from SUZANNE’S BRIDAL & FORMALS. Suzanne’s also provided the
menswear for our lovely “groom” Aaron, who ironically pretty much grew up with Molly! Our only rule for the shoot was
NO KISSING! :P
As laughter rang through the surrounding mountains, Molly and Aaron pretended to be bride and groom, holding
hands and wandering through the many gardens to create the perfect hint of garden romance. Add in a little “bling”
from SCOTT & CO. FINE JEWELERS and we almost made it believable!
