Pre-Bid Conference Purpose
The purpose of this pre-bid conference is to afford the
bidders an opportunity to raise questions pertaining to the
plans and specifications and for the Owner to clarify those
points. In addition, certain important specific features of the
project will be brought to the attention of the bidders. The
plans and specifications stand as issued and nothing
discussed during this meeting will be construed to have
changed the intent of these documents. Any potential
modifications which may be discussed will not become
official until issued in an Addendum to the plans and
specifications.

Project is in a predominantly residential
neighborhood. Contractor shall be minimize
disturbances such as noise, dust, traffic, access, etc.
-
Begin coordination with 3rd party utilities early to allow
for long lead times.
-
Work hours are 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM Monday through
Saturday, excluding legal holidays. Permission is
required from the City of Cleveland, City of East
Cleveland, and the District to work outside those
hours. The Contractor shall bear the cost of any
lighting, safety, sound barriers, etc. necessary for
night work. Generators shall not be used during nonworking hours, or during the hours of 7:00 PM to 7:00
AM if the contractor receives permission for night
work.
