Upon successful application a PROVISIONAL LETTER is sent out from Threshold Services with a request for an initial deposit of at least 50% of the tuition fees. You MUST contact the International Officer or Accommodation Officer if student accommodation is required. Please go to www.havering-college.ac.uk/ international-students/international-enquiries. aspx to download the accommodation form. Upon receipt of the deposit a CAS (Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies) number will be issued. The college will also provide a letter which gives details of the course, start dates and the duration. The CAS Number should be submitted to the British Embassy or High Commission when applying for a student visa. You will also need bank statements and proof that you can support yourself in the UK.
