CELI was established in 1920, as an artisan firm of master cabinet-makers, in the Italian hill town of Terni (Umbria). Since 80 years we have been producing high-quality furnishing for specific interior purposes, serving prestigious clients, among which we can mention leading governmental and banking institutions, such as the United Nations and the Banca d’Italia, as well as luxury hotels. Our commitment to excellence, ability to manufacture high-quality interiors, precise work attitude and technical approach to complex projects, our expert craftsmanship, have also allowed us to become a leading company in yacht outfitting, which requires technical perfection as an essential factor of navigation itself. Having always side-by-side worked with high-level clients, architects and designers, we understand the importance of our role as a skilled partner, aware of both the necessities of the workplace and its constant evolution Each stage of CELI’s work process is carried out according to a rigorous methodology to guarantee the optimum quality of the finished product. The care of every detail, even the smallest, is paramount to the absolute perfection of the technical solutions required in complex concept design projects. CELI’s organizational and technological structure is highly integrated to guarantee a turnkey formula, which we consider as the most suitable one to assure the perfect conformity between concept design and execution, thanks to our extensive world-wide experience. Consequently, we are able to provide an adequate response to a wide and diversified market. Production-wise, skills and sensitivity of CELI’s craftsmen with their artisanal work methods are according to our traditional production philosophy for which each project is exclusive and specific to the client's needs. This contributed to our 80 year success and achievements in luxury furnishings in an International environment. Nowadays, our workshop team is composed of 70 highly-trained workmen, fact which makes CELI as one of the largest Italian companies in the custom-made furnishing manufacturing. CELI’s technical department activity is supported by state-of-the-art CAD and Rhino systems. Our 12 highlytrained technical team works with the maximum commitment to precision, as perfection is considered a target which involves the entire company structure, to pursue and achieve the total quality and fully meet our clients' expectations. CELI’s planning and programme monitoring procedures assure the flow of the activities from shop drawings development to commissioning, in a perfect coordination with our clients' specific project time schedule requirements. In case of need, our technical staff is also trained to work out specific design solutions, even for the most daring creations. Our quality assurance procedures, from materials selection to installation and commissioning, and rigorous production process methods guarantee our approach to any specific request, allowing CELI to give the right answer and the best solutions, no matter what are the required materials, thanks also to the fabrication of scale models and prototypes or carrying out testing procedures and samples production. According to our entrepreneurial philosophy, technology means the fine balance between machines and human experience to achieve the highest quality consistency and super/mega yacht standards in finish and details, but also to assure congruent and optimized costs and competitive advantages. In fact, thanks to its technical design staff, C.e.L.I. is able to solve any problems arising from even the most particular creations and to collaborate in the search for technical solutions enabling us to contain costs within definite budgets, all the while maintaining rigorous standards of quality. The design and technical department at C.e.L.I., thanks both to its method of operating on an interdisciplinary level and its use of a wide variety of materials, is among the few which can provide a precise response to any request, realizing scale models or prototypes in accordance with the most diverse requirements. DEEN PRODUCTION The woodworking workshop is perhaps the most complete of its kind. Every type of wood-working is feasible and state-of-the-art: from panels to solid wood, from furniture to the most daring structures, from architectural panelling to the most complex forms. All these works are realized with a maximum of precision in the pursuit of the desired architectural effects. Every type of wood and wood-working finds its practical realization in our woodworking department. DEEN PRODUCTION The metalworking workshop can realize every type of complex creation, providing the finishing touches to the furniture in accordance with precise manufacturing criteria. Thanks to the collaboration between the creativity of brilliant architects and cutting-edge technology, our metal department is the ideal place for the creation of special metals, mirrors, finishing and ceilings. The masonry and systems workshop. During the realization of furnishings, various problems regarding the flooring, masonry, electrical system, carpeting, etc., are often encountered. This can generally cause difficulties in schedule coordination and generate unsatisfactory final solutions. Our workshop, instead, is effectively coordinated as well as being right on schedule, always assuring an excellent execution of the job, thanks to the constant inter-meshing between all departments under the constant guidance and presence of our technical planning team. DEEN PRODUCTION Assembly workshop. Once the production process has been completed, the material realized is handed over to our expert woodwork assemblers who give the finishing touches to the work. Then, the finished environment, complete in every detail and one hundred per cent faithful to the original design, is mounted inside the factory. In fact, our assembly teams represent the final stage of the design/production process. Through the collaboration of the various departments, this process reaches its culmination in the viewing of the final product, since this represents the concrete expression of human creativity and technology, of many people's taste and of the collaboration and coordination of all C.e.L.I teams. Once all quality checks have been carried out by a technician (surveyor) and two skilled workers, furniture and fittings are carefully packaged and shipped on our trucks to then be consigned to our workers for final installation, so that the work may be handed over perfectly executed and in perfect condition. Our factory can avail itself of its ample surface area as well as of state-of-the-art machinery for every kind of work: the 5,000 m2 covered area permits the preparation of everything necessary for mounting a project and for the verification of the complete correspondence to the original design and to the actual on-site installation. DEEN PRODUCTION MACHINERY The technical equipment in use at the company includes a range of machinery which is one of the most complete and up-to-date of its kind and able to carry out any type of design and workmanship, with the maximum care and precision.
