eBucks
nitty
gritty
eBucks 1, 2, 3
To get an eBucks card, you have a few options. You can:
•• order an eBucks card on www.eBucks.com and request for it to be posted to
you at no extra cost or get it via courier and you can use your eBucks
to pay for the delivery fee
•• buy an eBucks card for R 9.90 from Dis-Chem or Checkers stores
– activation instructions are on the pack
•• buy an eBucks card for R 9.90 at any dotFNB store
If you qualify for eBucks Rewards,
your reward level will determine
your reward rate, which is the
percentage of qualifying purchases
that you earn back in eBucks. Your
reward level is determined by the
number of reward level points you
collect each calendar month; the
higher your points, the more eBucks
you will earn. This, in turn, could
push your reward level up.
Here’s how you can check your eBucks balance:
•• log in to www.eBucks.com or www.fnb.co.za
•• SMS the word ‘balance’ and your ID number to 32224
(each SMS costs R 1.00)
•• call eBucks Rewards on 087 320 3200
•• register for and log in to FNB Online Banking or FNB Cellphone Banking
When it comes to collecting reward
level points, FNB has taken into
account you as a customer – your
income, your lifestyle and your
particular banking behaviour.
You can also earn extra eBucks
from some of our eBucks partners.
You can spend your eBucks:

service stations nationwide
•• at any eBucks in-store partners
by presenting your eBucks card
to pay. Simply swipe your eBucks
card and enter your four-digit
