including the core city and 4 satellite cities, connectted by the
transportation network and green tree corridors in order to
control the flood with the environment-friendly landscape and
low-density of population
• Ensuring the rate of green area : 15m2/capita
• Limited construction height inde the imperial city of Hue <=11m
(northern bank of Huong river)
• Construction management requirements on number: number of
floors, construction density, land use, green area, park, main
transportation connecting the satellite cities

NATURAL DISASTER MANAGEMENT AND ENVIRONMENT
PROTECTION
• Dredging and upgrading the existing lakes, cannals and rivers
in the urban area
• Increasing the rate of forest cover, managing the water
resources and aquifer.
• Building the waste and waste water treatment plan with
advanced technology, using recycling technique to minimize the
dump site area
• Closing and relocating the under-standard graveyards in the
urban area to the central graveyards in the north and south of the
city, developing the funeral services park and cineration.

in Thua Thien Hue, Vietnam
Lap An golf course and resort:
Construction of international standard 27 hole golf course, a complex of 5 star resort
and villas with 3,000 rooms. Project area: 300 hectares. The total investment
estimation is about USD 300 million.

centers, international urban of tourism and resort, developing the clean and hi-tech
