HIstorY
With legendary ZLIN since 1934
Tomas Bata, the best-known shoemaking industry pioneer, established on 18 September 1934 in the
heart of Europe a legend called ZLIN. Since then, the unapproachable quality and reliability have become synonyms of planes ZLIN that are designed by people with passion and delight for everything
that has something to do with aviation. We in company ZLIN AIRCRAFT relentlessly continue in
production of these globally acclaimed planes that are much-favoured among civil and military pilots
all over the world.

Since 1934 more than 50 types of ZLIN planes have been manufactured, more than 5,600 planes delivered to more than 60 countries all over the world.
In accordance with our tradition and development we are equipped and fully certified for manufacture of supporting structures from wrought
metal plates and tooled, welded and riveted parts. We manufacture electrical wiring including installation, connection and verification of control
and navigation systems functions.
Manufacture of components
The dominating sector of our company is not only manufacture of aeroplanes. Since the very beginning we design, test and manufacture wheels,
brakes and parachute parts for our own planes as well as for other manufacturers in both civil and military sectors all over the world. Our certified products fulfill the most strict individual requirements of wide range of aviation missions during all sorts of conditions.
