Purchases may be returned for refund or exchange, within 30 days of purchase, if the
product does not appear worn or used, is in resalable condition, and is accompanied by
original product packaging, warranties, and instructions.
Before shipping any item for a return, you must obtain a Return Authorization (RA)
number and shipping instructions by calling us at (800) 458-4888. Returns brought to
our store in person do not require an RA number.
• Refunds for purchases made via cash or check will be refunded via check, which will be
mailed to the customer. All other returns may only be processed via the same tender in
which the purchase was made. No cash refunds.
• No refunds on shipping charges, computer software, or demo, clearance, and
consignment items.
• No returns on hygienic items, as noted in product descriptions and packaging.
• Items without original packaging and instructions will be refunded minus 20% of original
purchase price, or may be refused.
• Items shipped to us must be carefully packaged to protect them from damage.
• Defective Products: Sight Connection is happy to troubleshoot items over the phone
