The Jamestown Ice Arena is the proud home of the Jamestown Jets Junior A Hockey League, the
Chautauqua County Youth Hockey Association and the Jamestown Skating Academy. Additional

Arena Hours:
The Jamestown Ice Arena and its facilities will be scheduled for your use as specified in your Facilities
License Agreement. Changes may incur additional charges.
Ticketed Events (i.e. Concerts, Hockey and Spectator Events):
The doors of the Arena will normally open for the general public one-hour prior to the event start
time designated on the tickets.
Trade/Consumer Shows:
The doors of the Arena will open for the general public at the time designated as the show hours.

INFORMATION
Public Elevator:
The public elevator is located on the main floor near the Pro Shop.
ADA Building:
All facilities are accessible to the physically challenged with handicapped seating available.
Security:
Security staff is supervised and staffed by Jamestown police officers. T-shirt security is available on
a per-event basis. Security needs will be mutually determined by facility staff and promoter.
Additional charges may apply for Security.
Insurance:
Customer shall maintain a certificate of Liability Insurance for the period of usage with a combined
single limit of not less than one million dollars ($1,000,000.00) per occurrence with two million
dollars ($2,000,000.00) per aggregate limit. The Jamestown Center City Development Corporation
dba The Jamestown Savings Bank Ice Arena shall be named as an additional insured on Customer’s
commercial general liability insurance.
Jamestown Savings Bank Arena’s Mandate of Priority of Events
It is the obligation of Jamestown Savings Bank Arena to take into consideration, providing a diverse
schedule of events, to meet the demands and needs of its surrounding consumers and user groups.
To fulfill this obligation and to maximize the event booking within the arena we are consistent with
the following priorities:
1. Prime Tenants (Jamestown Jets, CCYHA Youth Hockey Organization and Jamestown Skating Academy competitions, games, tournaments and events)
2. Revenue Producing Events:
• Direct economic return to Jamestown Savings Bank Arena through long-term/multiyear special events, trade shows, consumer shows
• Revenue producing one-night, or multi-night events, concerts, etc
3. All other Rental Events

RENTAL POLICY
Arena Rental:
Ticketed and Arena Seating Events……..negotiable
Non-Ticketed Events and Flat Events…..$2,500.00 minimum daily rental
$1,900.00 for practice arena
Rates include ordinary lighting, air conditioning and/or heat. All necessary labor, equipment, additional
utilities, set-up, and clean up shall be in addition to the standard rental rate and are shown on the following rate sheets.
Meeting and Banquet Room Rental:
The Arena Club: $60/hr or $300/day – up to 240 people
The Legend’s Club: $40/hr. or $250 per day—up to 50 people
Community Room 1 & 2: $35/hr or $250/day – up to 40 people
The Blue Line Bar: $40/hr or $300/day-including bartender
Other Rooms Available: Training Room, Ballet Room
Box Office/Energy Surcharge:
There will be a $2.00 fee per ticket sold (added to the
ticket price).
Novelty/Merchandise:
The Arena reserves the right to retain a percentage of novelty/merchandise sales. Net sales shall be
gross receipts less the appropriate sales tax. Sales are on a cash basis. Credit card sales are available to
the show at 3.5% of credit card sales rate. Novelties should be advanced to the Merchandise Manager
at least seven (7) days before the scheduled show. JSBIA uses their own novelty/merchandise sellers
and is responsible for compensating said sellers. Security for bootleg T-shirt patrol is required to be
arranged in advance.

Chautauqua Wine Trail
Chautauqua County is proud to have the Chautauqua Wine Trail along with its more than 20 local
wineries in the area. The Wine Trail is about 40 miles long and runs amidst 30,000 acres of
vineyards along Lake Erie in western New York and Pennsylvania in “America’s Grape Country”.
Twenty-one wineries produce award winning wines including vinifera, ice wines, fruit wines, and
specialty wines such as brandies and ports. Wineries are open year-round – visit us and experience
the rich heritage of one of America’s oldest grape growing or viticulture regions.
Arena Club
“Live at The Arena Club!” You will be hearing that phrase often in the near future as the Jamestown
Savings Bank Arena adds to its current lineup of live
entertainment offerings. Formerly known as the Veranda Room,
the bi-level room has been renamed, repainted and is being retro
fitted with a small stage and club lighting.
Music and performances are nothing new for the 250 person
capacity place, but an increased focus on local, regional and
national touring acts is. Not to worry, the room will still be used
for corporate meetings, civic groups, weddings and more. The
room can host a variety of entertainment from live music to
comedy, poetry readings and more. It is also WI-FI free and
wired for sound and video presentations.
While the Arena is quickly gaining a reputation for 2,600 – 3,400 capacity concerts, having played
host to Clint Black, YES, ASIA and Michael W. Smith in 2009, Ferguson sees The Arena Club playing
a different role. “We would like to compliment the already growing music scene in Chautauqua
County by offering a place for up and coming artists like the Infinity program and others to
showcase their talents on the smaller stage.”, says Jamestown Savings Bank Arena General Manager
Michael Ferguson.
In the coming months and years we see the Arena Club becoming the premier small concert venue
in Chautauqua County, and look to build upon the successes we’ve had in the concert business. By
